Mr. Allen has always been pretty fair and independent. I would give him my vote, but definitely not those of his companions that are running with him. They do not have a clue.

 Restoring honor and integrity to Bensalem sounds like he has been drinking at the same fountain as our friend Wendy Saddler. In fact, just check out some of Mr. Brutschea's posts on patch and you can see he has some really radical ideas and conspiracy theories.

 Does Mr. Patel understand that being on council has nothing to do with the education that children receive or the rise in school taxes? It sounds like he is running for School Board. I can't understand why the democratic party can't find qualified people to run. This guy has no clue.

 

If you believe that the democratic candidates for council “don’t have a clue”, post wild conspiracy theories, and seemingly have ties to me, then why is it that everything I have posted been proven right, including the school district scandal,(No one gets a job in the school district without the mayor’s approval.) Dave Jerri Jr. found NOT guilty, and much more?? While we’re at it, why I there NO ONE to refute anything I have posted. Why is there not one person willing to meet with me and show me ANY “facts” they have to prove me wrong?? Most importantly, why does the GOP candidates for council and school board have NO response to the Patch questions???

Where are they?? Where did all the R’s go??? Did they not get to have their 15 minutes of fame in enough time, or is it something else?? If you notice within this article, you will see something very telling via the following statement in the Patch:

Patch sent questionnaires to all candidates in order to post profiles on each candidate vying for a seat. Republican candidates did not respond to multiple requests sent through the Bensalem Republican Committee.

Not one response!! What were they doing that they had seemingly no time or desire to respond to MULTIPLE request to be interviewed. I have a feeling, that the eyes of a good majority of people have been opened, and they do NOT like what they see. As a result, the Bensalem Republicans are now so petrified of the truth now being out, they in their blind arrogance refuse to answer their own constituents. I don’t know about anyone else, but if I were the one reading this, and seeing the conduct of those currently running my town, I’d fire them!! I highly encourage you to read and get to know the Democratic Candidates for council and school board, and mike your decisions accordingly.

If you read in this, John Matthieu is one of the 9 candidates up for this position, but the problem is “What are this man’s qualifications, if ANY”?? Last I checked he had NONE!! I seem to remember, a former fire chief frowning on another fire official passing out t-shirts to other fire fighters supporting the mayor, because it was considered a conflict of interest, and therefore NOT ALLOWED. So Haman......

AFTER the election, a tax increase is on its way. They are going to claim they have not raised taxes in decades, but the reality of it is that they have been receiving an additional 10 million plus for the last 7 years, while we pay through the nose for water and sewer since the sale of the water and sewer plant. We even pay higher costs for trash pickup then any township that has it included in their taxes!!
Our police department has almost doubled in size with NO significant crime increase. The department has been averaging the same amount of calls for the last three plus decades. Now they are taking incident numbers for everything trying to justify their increased numbers, despite the fact that their crime clearance rate has NOT improved despite the increase in personnel. The paid fire department is a disaster and cannot be funded without taking even more money away from the volunteer fire companies.

Congratulations you are about to get what you deserve for not paying attention!!

 I've been wondering the same thing, especially here in Bensalem. Why are there NO debates??? I have a feeling that it's because the Bensalem GOP is in such shambles especially in light the school district investigation, the over 3 years of budget deficits, a public safety director that abuses his authority, a very deceptive $200.00 tax increase (Yes, getting only a $100 for property tax rebate, and next year getting NOTHING, is an increase to me!), and much more.
I guess the GOP here in this town doesn't want the citizens of this town to know the truth of what really goes on within this town. They seem to think we're a bunch of stupid mindless sheep, who will go along with whatever we're told, but it's time to send them a message. Just like Fox News didn't grant hundreds of exemptions to companies that needed them. You did. And Fox News didn't delay one key provision after another, including online enrollment for those small business exchanges. You did.

Just like it wasn't Fox News that said we had to pass this to see what was in this. You did. Or was that Nancy Pelosi? Sometimes I'm confused. But of this I am not. Fox News didn't re-do basic math. Sir, you did. Fox News didn't say you can cover 30 million more Americans and not see a hit in premiums. You did. Fox News didn't say you could throw in those with pre-existing conditions and not have to pay for it. You did. Fox News didn't all but say you could get something for nothing. You did. Fox News didn't come back years later and say, oh yea, we did raise some taxes. You did.

Here's where you are right about Fox News, however, Mr. President. We can do math. And did. You cannot. And did not. We said it, and proved it. You didn't. And we're all suffering for it. Take it from the numbers guy at Fox. Numbers don't lie. The number of Americans working part-time and nervous. The number of retirees days away from being dumped on exchanges and anxious. The number of company bosses with any news to pass along on those exchanges, but still clueless. The number of doctors who want out. The number of congressmen now opting out. No, Mr. President, none of those numbers lie.

But with all due respect sir, I can only conclude you do know; I know, I know you hate us at Fox. But please take a look in a mirror, and fast. You think we're the skunk at your picnic. But that doesn't mean we're the ones that stink. Because that smell isn't coming from the folks reporting on your law. Mr. President, that smell is your law.

Sorry to be so long in posting, but I had computer issues that are now solved.

Unfortunately some really good thing got lost, but I am making things do.

I had one particular item that I wanted to post, but due to the computer issues, it got lost, however I will redo it, and here it is.

Does anyone remember the movie “Brewster’s Millions”?? I know there are two versions, but the one I am referring to is the one starring the late great actors Richard Pryor, and John Candy. You see, in this version, Monty is given 30 days to spend $30 million, so he can inherit $300 million, and one of the things he decides to do, is go into politics. Sort of.

You see, there is a race for Mayor of NYC, and both of the candidates are corrupt, so Monty decides to have a campaign of his own: “Vote None of the Above!” As Expected, the campaign takes off, and “none of the above” wins.

 I thought that in light of how sinful and corrupt our township government is, especially with our mayor, that we institute the same thing here. Let Joey D and his crew know that you have had enough of the overspending, the dishonesty, and lack of honor and integrity, taking place within this town. Let him know that you’ve had it with a Public Safety Director, who abuses his authority, and condones sinful illegal actions, especially within his own police force!! When you go to the polls on November 5^th, send a write in message to “His Majesty”, that he won’t soon forget:

A SMALL QUESTION FOR OUR CANDIDATES

This is a small but rather important question for ALL the candidates running for office.
Do you or do you not in your door knocking, visit ALL the apartment complexes here in Bensalem?? If not, Why?? I am asking this because I have not seen ONE GOP candidate come anywhere near mine, and I know for a fact that not a single GOP candidate has ever visited places like Creekside. If you claim to be "a servant of the people", why do you not visit these areas??

I just got a very interesting eyewitness account from a concerned citizen of this town, that the chief of the paid fire department, parked Nottingham/222's engine RIGHT IN FRONT of the Giant on Street Road, and proceeded to do their grocery shopping!! You guys got caught by me doing this before, why continue to repeat this??

HEY BENSALEM SCHOOL BOARD........ ARE YOU NUTS!?!?! We just got hit hard to the tune of over a million dollars in theft (yes it was over a million!!!), which was going on for a lot longer than a decade, and you still want to even think about renovating the high school?? face reality Bensalem School Board..... YOU DON'T HAVE THE $$$!! Even if you did have the $$, you can do this for a whole lot cheaper than $78 million, just like that 2012 study indicated, remember??  Most of all, you still have yet to answer the following questions:
How can you claim accomplishments for the all Republican school board when the biggest and longest running theft of public funds and property occurred during the control of the Republican Party?
Why did the District Attorney have to rely on what the defendants said they stole? Why is it that despite repeated audits, including a recent special audit, the school district still does not know how much was stolen?
Why would the all Republican school board appoint an UNQUALIFIED township councilman to head the facilities department considering that the last unqualified, politically connected person that was placed there was involved in the thefts in the first place??
Why did the current school board permit one defendant to cash out his sick time to pay back the thousands of dollars in restitution he was required to pay after he was arrested and charged? Why didn’t the school district fire this subject before approving the release of the sick time money? This means that we paid the defendant to pay us back!
So before you go and do any renovations, and spend any more of OUR $$$, think about this............

With multiple years of budget deficits, a public safety director and, a police department out of control, without godly and honorable management, and a school district that has thieves in it, it's time to WAKE UP!! Otherwise if you don't, this WILL happen to you!!
