PLAYING THE BLAME GAME

AS USUAL, WHEN CONFRONTED WITH ACTUAL FACTS, OUR ILLUSTRIOUS SHERIFF LOBO PLAYS THE BLAME GAME AND THE BRUNT OF THIS "BLAME" IS PLACED ON PARX: 

“I find it extremely hard to believe this is the worst intersection in the country. Yes, there are accidents there, and the number of accidents increased greatly after Parx Casino opened in December 2006, but our concerns were addressed by Parx,”

Harran said the nearly 300 percent jump in accidents near the casino isn’t as bad as it sounds.

According to him, it’s is like putting a house in the middle of the desert and then it gets burglarized.

“That one burglary would increase the burglary rate 100 percent,” he said. “(After) the casino was built, there were thousands of additional cars and trucks on the highway.”

C'MON LOBO WHO ARE YOU FOOLING!! WASN'T IT BOTH YOU AND YOUR FORMER MENTOR STEVE MORAN WHO SAID THAT THIS EXTRA TRAFFIC ALONG STREET ROAD WOULDN'T BE A BIG ISSUE? I HAPPEN TO KNOW FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE JUST HOW NASTY AND DANGEROUS STREET ROAD IS SO THIS STUDY IS MORE THAN ACCURATE. SEEMS LIKE YOU ARE ALSO BEING A BULLY, (LIKE YOU'RE DOING TO THE JERRI'S.) BY PUTTING FALSE BLAME ON PARX, BECAUSE THEY WON'T GIVE YOU ANY MORE $$$. What are you democrats of Bensalem doing about this and the many other things Joey D and Fred Harran are doing?? Where is Bryan Allen decrying the actions of... Fred Harran against Dave Jerri Sr. and Jr., as well as his unlawful use of township property (Which was video taped and photographed!) last month?? Where are the press conferences, the public condemnation of all of this?? Of course there is none, because you don't have the guts to do anything about it!! You Joe Cummons REFUSED to even meet with Dave Jerri, because you said it had "nothing to do with Bensalem", when you clearly know this to be incorrect. You can make all the excuses you want, but the facts are that you've have practically EVERY election handed to you Bensalem democrats, yet you do NOTHING. I guess we all know why that is....

"On 5-18-14 I received a call from my 22 year old autistic son. So I immediately got in my truck and went to where my son was being ticketed. As I drove up on the right hand side of the road adjacent to my son's car, I did not leave my vehicle,... I kept it running. The officer turned around and asked "can I help you?" I said "I'm his father." The officer yelled at me to leave the premises. I stated "I'm his father, and just wanted to tell you he's autistic." He turned around and said, "Leave or you'll be arrested!" He started walking towards me and said "you're under arrest." I said, "for what?", I kept saying over and over all I wanted to do was tell you he's autistic. He just replied, "you're under arrest." But I was sure I hadn't broken any laws. This was when I said, "no I'm not under arrest, I haven't done anything." I was still sitting in my truck with the door closed when another officer drove up. The other officer opened my passenger door and proceeded to climb in and push me out. As I came out, I was standing in front of the officer, and he grabbed me and tried to throw me on the ground. When I didn't fall down he tased me (and I have heart trouble). I went down on my knees, then both officers jumped on me and slammed me into the pavement. They handcuffed me laying on the ground and put the taser to my lower spine and tased me four more times. I was put in the police car and taken to jail, where I posted bond."

I SAY THIS, BECAUSE I JUST GOT THIS FROM SOMEONE WHO SOUNDS LIKE THEY'RE FROM WITHIN THE FIRE SERVICE, AND THEY ARE BACKING UP EVERYTHING I SAID. SOUNDS LIKE I'M NOT ONLY GETTING ON A FEW NERVES, BUT MORE EOPLE ARE SEEINGHTE TRUTH, AND IT'S SETTNG THEM FREE. CHECK OUT HIS INFO BELOW AND SEE FOR YOURSELF.
We saw your post and read the article in the Courier Times about the training at the township training center.
Once again, Fred Harran stated it is the second largest training center in the state. That is not true. It is the second tallest training center. What it is not, is a fire training center! The article said there was smoke and fire coming from the building during the training! We hope that is not true. The building was NOT DESIGNED for any type of heat and DOES NOT have the required heat tiles in accordance to the NFPA standards. NFPA standard 1402 is the guide for building fire service training centers that conduct live burns, NFPA standard 1403 is the guide for Live Fire Standing. The building and the type of training that was conducted does not meet either standard!
Not to mention, that two of the three fire companies participating in the apartment training exercise were NOT Bensalem Fire Companies! In fairness, Fred Harran probably didn’t know that, nor does he care.
NONE of the other five fire companies were invited. During live fire or hazardous conditions training, an ambulance is required to be on scene. None was mentioned, and those that were invited to the training said there was NONE there. Even simulated smoke (which is all you can do at that building) is considered a hazardous training.
The video did show interesting rescues where a training dummy was pulled from the building by its face and arm and thrown onto the ground and left. We have NEVER seen that included in ANY rescue training we have participated in.
The fact that Fred Harran has changed his claims from “most advanced training building in the state” to the second biggest next to Reading speaks volumes. What Fred Harran fails to mention is that in the rest of the state our building is referred to as “The White Elephant” because, unlike the Reading training center or the one located in Lower Bucks County you can’t conduct LIVE fire training at our center.
If you are interested in further NFPA standards regarding the conducting of live fire or hazardous environment training contact the Lower Bucks County Emergency Services Training Center. They have all the documentation you will need.
They also provide the training with certified instructors to the fire departments for free. We should know, we spend a lot of time there.
THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNTY BASED ON THIS PERSON'S FEEDBACK, TO SEE FOR YOURSELF THAT ALL THIS WAS, WAS A USLESS PUBLICITY STUNT, MEANT TO IMPRESS OTHERS. PROBLEM IS THAT IT DIDN'T AND IT FURTHER SHOWS HOW BENSALEM FIRE/EMERGENCY SERVICE IS THE LAUGHING STOCK OF BUCKS COUNTY!!

Who do you think you’re kidding Lobo?? Who are you trying to fool?? Do you actually think the people of Bensalem, as well as Bucks County, are dumb?? I have news for you, we are not, and we will not tolerate being lied to, especially when it comes to this pitiful excuse of a training center and its REAL reputation within Bucks County.

Let’s get some actual facts here first. This so-called training center has no means by which to produce actual fires, so it’s not an effective training center. Secondly, he fails to admit anything about the newest and most advanced training center in Croydon, which puts this great white elephant to shame. Last but not least, why were the 5 other Bensalem township volunteer fire companies NOT invited to this?? Could I be that they KNOW the truth on this place, and would’ve embarrassed you??

The chief of Nottingham (Lobo’s pet fire company) says he wanted this to be as realistic as possible?? How can that happen, when you can’t burn anything there, and the whole “training center” is so inferior?? This would’ve been more of a success at Croydon, because they DO have everything needed in this area, including the scenarios required for apartment complex fires. Of course Lobo is NEVER going to admit to that. All this is is another glorified publicity stunt that no one is buying.

Just happened to read today's paper, and noticed something interesting on D-7. Apparently, they have cancelled ANOTHER council meeting scheduled for August 11th, and there is NO VALID REASON GIVEN!
Something tells me that there is an awful lot of pressure on the township especially over the Jerri's lawsuit having been appealed, and Fred outrageous conduct made available for all to see.
Worse yet, Bryan Allen sits by and does NOTHING while this goes on, and the Bensalem Democrats does the same thing!
Where are the promises of Bryan Allen getting to the bottom of Lobo's unauthorized and unethical use of his township issued SUV, as well as his adultery. What about the plans on asking questions concerning the Jerri's lawsuit, and wanting to meet with him?? Is ANY of this going to happen, or is this all a bunch of BS??
