These individuals are both blind and lazy Mr. Waitze. Why you ask?? Because if they really cared, they not only would've taken you up on your invite, but most of all they would've acted a lot quicker to the thefts committed by former employees. Most of all, they would’ve insisted on more severe sentences for the ‘politically connected’, and demanded the original amount back from these thieves. However, just as with these politically connected thieves, the individuals on Bensalem’s School Board will NEVER admit to any wrong doing, because they think they can get away with it!

I have to tip my hat off to the Bensalem class of 2016 for this one! I especially love the cracks about the "gym, cafeteria, library, cockroaches, asbestos, no pesty ceilings!!!", and the price they're 'selling' it for is the BEST! It does make one wonder, how much our township officials would sell for, and WHO would be stupid enough to buy them!!

I read an interesting article in The Patch, as well as watched a news report on Fox 29, that really had me puzzled. It was about the Paid Firefighter who injured himself over two weeks ago, while volunteering for another fire company, RIGHT HERE IN BENSALEM. Well, for some reason, he is now being supported by a ‘Go Fund Me’ account, by his fellow first responders. Now before the trolls from Notting...ham and 222 come crawling out of their holes, I want to make something clear. I have NOTHING against this fire fighter, never have, and NEVER will. My issue is with the township and their violation of the law. Now that that is out of the way, let me ask this: isn’t he supposed to already be covered by the township with this?? In case you’re confused, let me explain this one for you. According to what I KNOW of this, volunteer fire fighters ARE covered under workman’s comp, plus this man’s medical expenses should be taken care of by the township, since he DOES work for them. If this is the case, then why are this man’s medical expenses NOT being taken care of by the very township he works for?? Can someone explain this to me?? The Fair Labor Standards Act (See CFR 29 553.100-106 IN PARTICULAR SECTION 103) is VERY clear about this issue, and it states that no one is allowed to be both a paid and volunteer employee (In particular, a first responder, like a fire fighter.) WITHIN THE SAME MUNICIPALITY, so why is this occurring?? Could it be that there is an issue with his status as BOTH a paid and a volunteer fire fighter IN THE SAME MUNICIPALITY, and they don’t want the Labor Board to know??

This is all this evil individual is going to get?? This man (A pitiful excuse for one!) committed a SEX CRIME, and all he’s charged with and convicted of is official oppression?? PLEASE!!! Why was there NO press (Lobo had a MAJOR Press coference when he slandered Union Fire Company!) conference about this to see if there are any victims, so that they can come forward and get the justice they’re seeking?? I feel the most for the victim(s) of this man, because they were violated, and their innocence was taken from them. Now, because of someone’s ‘connections’ and a lack of spine on the part of those who have the ability to bring justice to this matter, this man gets ONLY TWO YEARS OF PROBATION FOR COMMITTING A SEX CRIME!
To the perpetrator in this, you may think you’ve gotten away with this, but you have NOT. Know that not only does God know what evil you have done, but that God’s judgement will be upon you and it will be SEVERE!!
To the victim(s) in this, please know that I pray for and feel for you in this, because NO ONE should EVER have to experience this evil. Please know above all, that God hears your cries of pain, and sees the tears that you’ve been crying, and that He WILL bring you the justice you seek, IN HIS WAY, and IN HIS TIME!! Most of all, know that He can and WILL heal you if you let Him. I leave you with this precious verse, in hopes that it will be used of the Lord to help in your healing:

 Morning Bensalem!! Boy have I ever got something interesting for you! While out with my spouse yesterday, this rather interesting bit of information wound up in my possession, while I was in the local WAWA, and I felt it important to share with all of you. Apparently someone with very accurate and detailed information on what Sherriff Lobo, the Bensalem Township Police, and the Bensalem EMS did last year, not only knows that this took place, but feels the same way that many of us do about it, and wants to let it be known. Check out what I was given below and see for yourself just how serious this matter truly is.

A concerned member of our group, who has personal knowledge of "Blood Gate" at our police department, brought up some interesting issues, and felt that the citizens of Bensalem need to know about what occurred last year, so you will know the truth, and be able to see for yourself just what a serious issue this is.
1. Despite what the Director of Public Safety says, it was not legal for the paramedics to draw blood
for the purpose of prosecuting a DUI case.
2. It was not a technicality as he has claimed. 3. The PA law specifically designates what facilities and who is permitted to draw blood for police
departments investigating DUI cases.
4. If it was a technicality as the Director of Public Safety has stated, than why, when the Bensalem
EMS paramedics were drawing blood, did they wear coverings over their uniform shirts to prevent
the suspected drunk drivers from seeing that they were Bensalem paramedics??  This was not a
'technicality', it was an attempt by the police department AND Bensalem EMS to illegally obtain
blood from the drunk drivers. Otherwise, why would they cover up the identity of the paramedic?
5. Bensalem PD NEVER notified the district attorney that they were obtaining blood samples with the
assistance of unauthorized personnel.
6. Bensalem EMS NEVER notified the department of health that their paramedics were violating their
Paramedic certifications by drawing blood from a person that was not their patient, not in their care
and was not being treated by the paramedic?

I guess we will soon learn with the Department of Health and the District Attorney have to say on this!


Well, there you have it! Bensalem PD, and the EMS Squad not only violated the law in this matter, but they also went against the policies of the Department of Health in allowing paramedics to draw blood from a person that as NOT their patient, NOT in their care, and most certainly NOT being treated for any valid medical issues by a paramedic. This person also very accurately points out that this was done in a deceptive and covert fashion (Wearing lab coats to cover up their true identities.), because Lobo and the BTPD were too lazy to do their jobs, and they’re desperate for $$$.
LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO LOOK INTO DOESN’T IT LOBO???
