THE BIG QUESTION IS, ARE WE LISTENING??

Hello Bensalem! I was thinking very deeply about something that a brother in Christ shared with me recently in regards to all the things that have been going on the past three weeks, and that is the fact that he believes as I do, that God is trying to send us a message, and the question is, Are we listening? I firmly believe that God is trying to tell us something, and I think we need to humble ourselves before Him as II Chronicles 7:14 states, turn and repent of our sins, otherwise I believe the things that we are experiencing are only going to get worse. I also think that they are a prelude, a precursor to something that is on its way, and if not prepared, the world is in trouble! I have a few things to say on this, and I pray that everyone who watches this, really listens.

I just want to say that i am so proud to have Mayor DiGirolamo and Fred Harran as community leaders. They and their crews have been exemplary in these crisises the last 2 weeks.

 

Who are they kidding??? According to what I learned, these tow were NOWHERE in the command center when  they were supposed to be, and it was said that one of the dispatchers asked something to the effect of 'Who's in charge here?', during the flood that happened on July 12th. Also, just WHERE was 'His Majesty', when it came to Regency Apartments? I NEVER once saw him here, neither did he come to my door to speak with me, so as such, HE WAS NEVER HERE!!!

Now we have the FIRST tornado ever in this town, and they want to play 'Meet the Press' with the TV news cameras!! As far as I'm concerned, I don't see these two as exemplary community leaders, but as only publicity seeking hounds!!

Why am I not surprised! While I have plenty of issues with His Majesty, this is inexcusable, and we need to call \Wolf out on this!! This is nothing but retaliation and discrimination for being a town run by republicans, and it has to stop!!

Let's flood Wolf's office with calls and faxes, so he hears our voices, and changes his mind!!!

AN UNEXPECTED SURPRISE

 HOWDY GANG!!!

You are not going to believe who I got off the phone with!! Kathleen KC Tomlinson!! This woman LISTENED to my concerns, gave me HONEST answers, and for this I am very grateful. I learned in this, that she was NEVER told that Regency Apartments had been affected by what happened July 12th, so she is now aware, and will do whatever possible for us. We were on the phone for over 30 minutes, and I learned that Governor Wolf is being a real you know what on this, so we need to hound him to get things done!! One of the things that she is having issues with, is the insurance companies who won't help their customers, and the 'suggestion' that people who own their own homes that have been destroyed by this flood, to get small business loans, and she is NOT having this!! KC was such an absolute gem of a person, who is determined to get results, and that is more than I can say for those in this town!!

FOR ALL THOSE WHO LIVE AT REGENCY APARTMENTS IN BENSALEM PA.

 If any of you live in buildings E, F, or G, and were affected by the flood of July 12th, as well as the flooding that occurred the following Saturday, please come to the upcoming council meeting for the Township, at 2400 Byberry road Bensalem PA., and have your voice heard. Come and ask why the mayor, the public safety director, and not one republican member of council showed up at this apartment complex. Ask them why they refused to provide any disposal services for our complex, and what they plan on doing for those of us who were affected by this. Don't take excuses, doubletalk, or any kind of stalling for an answer, but demand results!

 

WHERE ARE THEY???

 Well it's been well over a week Since the massive flood, and I have yet to see either His majesty, sheriff Lobo, or any republican member of council, come to Regency apartments, and speak with the residents here. it makes one wonder just where there at, and if there anywhere in Bensalem, just who's in charge? I hear that was a question the dispatchers were asking last Monday night, and it sounds typical of both His Majesty and Lobo. I guess all they care about is getting TV time and making themselves look good. I could see that's pretty obvious with all the excess patrol cars and patrol bikes on street road. I really especially love seeing 2 SUV patrol cars for one speeder today, and I guess it goes to show how desperate they are not only for attention but also for money.

TRUE GENEROUSITY

 I just want to give a quick shout out, to Nick, and two other very honorable members of Bensalem Fire Rescue, who were more than doing their part, to help all those that have been badly affected by Monday's 100-year flood. My husband and I we're one of many that's been affected by it, and two very honorable members of this department, stopped by my home yesterday, and very generously gave me gift cards to ShopRite, so that I could replace the food that went bad in my refrigerator from what happened. This is something that greatly appreciate, and I know that they're doing this for many others, and I pray that God blesses you for it.

You're going to capitalize on a horrible situation, to make yourselves look good for your election, and ignore those with equal issues?? Where were you when places like Regency Apartments needed help with the massive flooding of every 1st floor apartment building?? Above all, what about those of us with pets?? Places like Snyder are NOT pet friendly, so where do we go??

It's about time that somebody stand up to these tyrant oligarchs of Facebook and Twitter, and let them know that their censorship of people like our 45th president, and many other genuine patriots, will not be tolerated. It should also serve as a warning to anyone in this town, who would dare try to silence any voices of dissent in regards to His Majesty and Lobo.

A SMALL SUGGESTION

I had something rather interesting occur today, that has happened before, and I really felt it necessary to share here. It involves a rather interesting, yet very positive encounter that I had, with an officer with the BT PD, and I wanted to share it. Now before anyone on here starts ranting and raving, that I hate the Bensalem police, and tries to commit slander, you better read this, and choose your words carefully. My husband and I were out running errands, and we stopped at the local Wawa to pick up a newspaper, where I encountered a BTPD officer, who was so young, freckle faced, and more so, I thought I was looking at Opie!! he was a very nice young man, and I commented with him on how uncomfortable looking his uniform had to be. The reason why I say this, is I encountered another police officer weeks ago, go I stated the same thing to, and both of them told me how uncomfortable their uniforms are. With this young man, I asked “Why don't they provide your uniforms in material that's comfortable for during the summer?” to which he responded, “Write a letter to Bensalem, and ask them to please let us wear shorts.” Well, for this young officer, who I did not get his name, I'm going to do one better. I'm calling out sheriff Lobo on this issue, as well as His Majesty, and I'm challenging both of them and our council members, to do something about this. Not only allow them to wear shorts during summer, but how about providing their uniforms, in better more comfortable material for the summer, so they are not roasting and suffering from heat exhaustion. Just a thought Lobo!
