Who do you think you're trying to fool? Many of us who have seen the budget over the last several years, know that you and your cohorts have been spending money like it's going out of style, and that's what's brought us to this. For those that think that what I say isn't true, look at the budgets for yourselves. How much they spend, and how much revenue is taken in. That's how you will see that we are spending more than we are earning. Every year for several years up until possibly this point, the mayor has been dipping into the reserve fund, to balance the budget, and now he can't do it for some reason. My suspicion here is that the reserve fund is either gone or too low to take any money from so you're doing this.
Quit spending so much money and learn to budget better!
