EVEN MORE MISADVENTURES OF 222

While out running errands for tonight, a very brave person, put this information into my shopping cart, and left the scene. When I got home and read it, I was very incensed, and had to share. It seems that Haman still thinks he can get away with the incompetency of 222, but most of all, I thought this would really make his holiday.

Evidently, Engine 222 ran out of fuel while responding to a fire Christmas Eve Day and was out of service for well over an hour while waiting for fuel and a mechanic to be brought to the scene to get it restarted. Engine 222 NEVER made it to the fire. While I understand that this was a minor fire, and no injuries/fatalities occurred, the thought that IF there were any injuries and/or loss of life, it would be absolutely devastating. Heaven forbid this were to occur with Union fire Co, then it would be in the press!! Of course, since this is Haman's "little pet", NOTHING is said. Well, I guess Haman didn't count on God finding this out, did he? How do you allow a fire truck to run out of fuel, Haman? CAN WE SAY IRRESPONSIBLE AND GROSS NEGLIGENCE!!!

There are numerous contacts between police and people in mental and emotional crises, said Sgt. Andrew Aninsman, a Bensalem officer and co-chair of Bucks County's Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) training program. The concept of the CIT program is diverting persons who need mental health treatment from prison to other facilities that can diagnose and treat them. Aninsman declined to comment about specific incidents, but said the CIT program is growing....... Aninsman said cases are likely under-reported because a complaint that could fall under the mental health umbrella might be written off as a disturbance or some other type of call and the subject may not get needed treatment. But CIT is developing an incident reporting system for police countywide that would enable them to not only track the number of cases, but see outcomes and details – including whether weapons were involved and if subjects threatened to hurt others or just threatened to hurt themselves.
FROM WHAT I'VE LEARNED THE BENSALEM POLICE, TREAT THOSE WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES, THE SAME WAY ANY FEMALE CRIME VICTIM IS TREATED: NO RESPECT!! THE FACT THAT CASES ARE "UNDER-REPORTED" IS AN ABSOLUTE UNDERSTATEMENT, SINCE THE B.T.P.D. NEVER PRACTICES WHAT IT PREACHES, LET ALONE SHOWS ANY REAL COMPASSION FOR OTHERS. IF THEY LEARN ANYTHING ON THIS, THEY USE IT TO DESTROY AND NOT HELP. AFTER ALL, WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM A POLICE DEPARTMENT THAT LOST ITS ACCREDITATION, AND HAS NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE, ESPECIALLY MINORITIES!!

Media Quiet About San Antonio Theater Shooting http://tiny.cc/l4a3pw

On Sunday December 17, 2012, 2 days after the CT shooting, a man went to a restaurant in San Antonio to kill his X-girlfriend. After he shot her, most of the people in the restaurant fled next door to a theater. The gunman followed them and entered the theater so he could shoot more people. He started shooting and people in the theater started running and screaming. It's like the Aurora, CO theater story plus a restaurant!

Now aren't you wondering why this isn't a lead story in the national media along with the school shooting?

There was an off duty county deputy at the theater. SHE pulled out her gun and shot the man 4 times before he had a chance to kill anyone. So since this story makes the point that the best thing to stop a bad person with a gun is a good person with a gun, the media is treating it like it never happened.

Only the local media covered it. The city is giving her a medal next week.

THE TOP EVENTS IN BENSALEM FOR 2012

Here's another edition of the end of year highlights for Bensalem for 2012. This year brings about not only the usual, but also a few surprises, and possibly some major trouble for "His Majesty" and Haman very soon. Here are some of the highs as well as the low-lights of 2012………..

We begin the year with yes, another deficit! In 2011 it was $6.5 million, but this year it was even more! Worse yet, is that "His Majesty" REFUSED to say just how much it was. That says that they're hiding something from us, and that is the fact that the budget deficit is over $11 million!!! If that isn't enough, the school year taxes went up nearly $100, and that isn't even the worst when it comes to the school district!!
Then, the Bensalem Police got their little noses in a snit, because a brave citizen of this town had the courage to send pictures to me of patrolmen parked at places like WAWA, Michael's Restaurant, and other places, rather than doing their jobs! The response to this, was to harass and unlawfully search this person's home, which ultimately bit the BTPD in the behind. Can we say lawsuit anyone?
Worse yet, I learned that two paid fire fighters committed criminal acts, and Haman let them get away with it!! The first one involved a paid fire fighter, assaulting a volunteer fire fighter form Newport Fire Company, and all that happened to the offender was he was made to pay the person's medical and other expenses!! No charges pressed, no getting fried from his job, NOTHING! After this, another paid fire fighter (Who is a high ranking fire official with Cornwells Fire Co.) sent NUDE pictures of himself to a female firefighter's cell phone!! All that was done with this, was a TWO day investigation, in which the cell phones weren't confiscated, and nothing was done! Why?? It was declared "unfounded". Unfounded??? Please!! To this day, NO charges have been pressed against either person.
If that wasn't enough, Haman continued his bullying of Union Fire Company, by doing the following:
1. He went to FOX 29 News, and told lies about Union fire Company's new boat, thus ticking off the federal government. He even went so far as to report the fire company and its grant writer to the FBI, which resulted in them finding NOTHING illegal in the grant they obtained. As for the news story, it backfired on him, and made him look really bad. Evidently, he was trying to hide having illegally claimed the money obtained by the fire company in the township's budget, and when exposed on this, he denies everything!
2. Haman had the audacity to lash out, by trying to close down this poor fire department AGAIN! All over the Fire Boat, which he falsely claimed was being used frivolously. He made up further lies about the fire department's administration being unfit, when this clearly was not true. He succeeded in getting the fire chief, and its president out, even going so far as to using the "Oversight Committee" to lie about the fire company recommending it be PERMANENTLY closed. However, when it was made aware that a secret council meeting was being planned to permanently shut this honorable fire company down, the fire fighters not in Haman's back pocket, quickly responded by planning on attending this meeting with the press!! As soon as this got out, the meeting was "canceled", but when the meeting took place, an impartial person stepped in, showed the township council the truth, and again Haman looked like a fool!!
3. He made calloused personal false attacks, by having former Chief Dave Jerri's son arrested on BOGUS charges, of Workmen's Compensation Insurance Fraud. You see, Dave Jr., was LEGITIMATELY injured in the line of duty, so Haman called up the insurance carrier and told the person falsely that the claims needed to be stopped claiming Dave Jr. was faking the injuries. Haman further added insult to injury, by putting his face on electronic billboards in the Philly area, with these false allegations. He even threatened to have the chief himself arrested, if his son didn't plead guilty to these charges. This was taken to court, where Dave Jr. was acquitted of ALL charges, and now Haman is in very big trouble!!
We had another example of how a lack of emergency management plan can affect a town, when Hurricane Sandy barged through bucks County. Here is Bensalem, contrary to popular belief, there was NO proper preparation, and many people did not know which shelter to go to. Many were in the dark for over a week and the excuse?? That they didn't know Sandy was going to "hang a left" into us. How irresponsible!!
When confronted by this writer with Right To Know Requests, Haman and the township respond with FALSE ACCUSATIONS of harassment, which he knows is absolutely untrue. He has even gone so far as to charge me $$$ for information!! If that isn't enough, he's been having his puppets, such as Saphira, attempt to pry out of me where I am getting my info from, via intimidation tactics, that I can and might just have legal action taken action against them over. Saphira in particular has been attempting to violate Matthew 18:15-17 in doing so, and when caught, she never responded (And still hasn't!), to my insistence on meeting with this person ONE on ONE, as this passage of Scripture states. Gee, I wonder why??
Then we have a major mess within the school district, when it comes out that multiple employees, are either stealing company/township property, and/or padding their time sheets. One such individual, is a paid fire fighter in this town, has political connections, and is connected to Haman! So much so, that he was the top fire official of a local volunteer fire company, who recommended that Union fire Co. be shut down!! Just like the other fire fighter criminals, no charges were ever filed.
If this wasn't bad enough, we had our own Penn State Sex Abuse Scandal, when it was brought to the attention of the press, that a known sex offender named Walter Meyerle, who was arrested in Bristol for molesting a 14 year girl, had molested THREE girls in Bensalem, but NOTHING was done about it! It came out, that a certain Detective Jennifer Cannon let three sexual assault cases sit on her desk for over 3 years!! While she was taking frequent breaks both inside and outside the police station a predator preyed on innocent children! What was worse, is the she was still allowed to be a detective, but not in SVU, for several years, until just a couple months ago, when she was forced to retire! Too little too late!! Nabal, and many others have their responsibility in this, because they were her supervisors, yet they did NOTHING!
Last, but certainly NOT least, the mayor announces that the "Homeowners Rebates A.K.A. the Casino Rebate, was being reduced from $300 (Which was paltry to begin with!) to only $100!! Imagine the outrage of the townspeople!! Of course, "His majesty" puts his spin on it, yet still no one is buying. Sounds like a sign of things to come. Now we face a new year with another deficit, a public safety director, who has been exposed for the evil he truly is, yet NOTHING has been done about it!
This only scratches the surface of what has gone on in Bensalem in 2012, and without people who will stand up to the evil in this town, it's only going to get worse. My only prayer, is that the Bensalem Democratic Organization gets a backbone, and acts on these things, before the town goes bankrupt.

I saw this article in The Patch, and thought it was rather daring. I think we need to take them up on their article, and make some bold suggestions. It seems that "eye on the sky" did, and what they said is important, but I think we "Disgruntled Misfits" can do a whole lot better. My suggestion/challenge to everyone out there who wants the truth to be known, is to go to this article and put some REAL real suggestions on here, and make our voices known.

Here's What I'd Change:

1. Contact the new PA State Attorney General, and have the following people investigated:
A. Fred Harran
B. Pat Ponticelli
C. The Mayor and Council
Once #1 is in progress, have A and B FIRED.
2. Have a forensic audit performed (By an IMPARTIAL Firm.) on the township's budget for the past three years.

The Christmas Angel

This is another tradition within my family that I wanted to share with all of you. I hope you enjoy this, and see the REAL meaning of Christmas.

On the night Jesus was to be born, all of Heaven was busy with the preparations, but God had one final task that needed to be done. This was an important task, and He needed someone that could not only be faithful, but also humble. He called an angel over to him, that was only a child by our standards, and his name was Nicholas. He was having doubts about his place as one of God's angels, and felt that the others treated him differently because he was so small. Upon hearing that God wanted to speak with him, Nicholas was concerned over what this was about. He had not been around long, and he wanted to make sure that he wasn't late. When he arrived before the Lord, he immediately felt at ease, and the Lord let him know that He had an important task for him that night. "Nicholas", God gently said, "I have a very special job for you tonight." The Lord smiled, and said, "As you know, tonight My Son is being born, and there is one thing that needs to be taken care of tonight. There are some shepherds in the fields just outside the city of Bethlehem, and I have chosen them to hear the news. Tonight, I have chosen you Nicholas, to make this important announcement. Nicholas' eyes widened with awe and surprise. He was honored to be the messenger of the Savior's birth, but he was also very nervous. Nicholas asked, "Lord, I'm rather new at this. I don't feel like I'm worthy of doing this because I'm so small. This is a very big undertaking, and I don't know if I can do this. What if I make a mistake? What do I say?" The Lord gently calmed the little angel down and assured him that he would do just fine. He further said, that all he had to do was simply trust Him, and He would give the little angel the words to say. Nicholas then humbly said, "Very well, Lord, I'll trust you." With a tearful thank you, little Nicholas went about to do the important task the heavenly Father had for him.
He then went down to earth, to make his announcement, and as he did, the shepherds became very frightened, so he asked the Lord to give him the courage to say the words that He wanted him to say. As he opened his mouth, he said the following: "Fear not, for I bring you tidings of great joy which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David, a Savior, which is Christ the Lord. And it shall be a sign unto you that ye shall find the Babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, laying in a manger." With tears in his eyes, he watched with joy, as the heavenly choir sang, "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth, peace, good will toward men."
After he had appeared to the shepherds, little Nicholas came back to Heaven without making a scene, but God had other plans. The Lord and all the angels of heaven gathered around to congratulate the little angel who had so eloquently and passionately announced the birth of the Son of God!! The Lord Himself thanked Nicholas, stating that what he had done tonight was important, and that it would be remembered throughout history. Little Nicholas thanked the Lord, standing there with tears in his eyes again, because he then realized that even though he was small, his service to the Lord truly mattered.
Throughout the years, the story of the Christmas Angel and the Savior’s birth, became widespread thanks to the shepherds. But like all aspects of this night, the story was changed to suit what other people thought Christmas should be. In their attempt to make it the way they wanted it, they focused more on the angel than the Savior, because they wanted to leave God out of the picture. They turned the angel into Santa Claus, so they could celebrate this special day, and not have to acknowledge Jesus at all. Despite all attempts to do so, the facts are still clear; it’s Jesus that makes Christmas special. However, there was an angel who made sure the world knew!! To this day this angel continues to proclaim the birth of Christ, and remind us, that Jesus IS the reason for the season!! WILL YOU?

COLUMBINE STUDENT'S FATHER 12 YEARS LATER!!

Its always been said that the truth hurts, but it also heals. I pray that this truth while it hurts, will bring the healing and salvation this nation needs.

Guess our national leaders didn't expect this. On Thursday, Darrell Scott, the father of Rachel Scott, a victim of the Columbine High School shootings in Littleton, Colorado, was invited to address the House Judiciary Committee's subcommittee. What he said to our national leaders during this special session of Congress was painfully truthful.
They were not prepared for what he was to say, nor was it received well. It needs to be heard by every parent, every teacher, every politician, every sociologist, every psychologist, and every so-called expert! These courageous words spoken by Darrell Scott are powerful, penetrating, and deeply personal. There is no doubt that God sent this man as a voice crying in the wilderness. The following is a portion of the transcript:

"Since the dawn of creation there has been both good &evil in the hearts of men and women. We all contain the seeds of kindness or the seeds of violence. The death of my wonderful daughter, Rachel Joy Scott, and the deaths of that heroic teacher, and the other eleven children who died must not be in vain. Their blood cries out for answers.
"The first recorded act of violence was when Cain slew his brother Abel out in the field. The villain was not the club he used.. Neither was it the NCA, the National Club Association. The true killer was Cain, and the reason for the murder could only be found in Cain's heart.
"In the days that followed the Columbine tragedy, I was amazed at how quickly fingers began to be pointed at groups such as the NRA. I am not a member of the NRA. I am not a hunter. I do not even own a gun. I am not here to represent or defend the NRA - because I don't believe that they are responsible for my daughter's death. Therefore I do not believe that they need to be defended. If I believed they had anything to do with Rachel's murder I would be their strongest opponent
I am here today to declare that Columbine was not just a tragedy -- it was a spiritual event that should be forcing us to look at where the real blame lies! Much of the blame lies here in this room. Much of the blame lies behind the pointing fingers of the accusers themselves. I wrote a poem just four nights ago that expresses my feelings best.

Your laws ignore our deepest needs,
Your words are empty air.
You've stripped away our heritage,
You've outlawed simple prayer.
Now gunshots fill our classrooms,
And precious children die.
You seek for answers everywhere,
And ask the question "Why?"
You regulate restrictive laws,
Through legislative creed.
And yet you fail to understand,
That God is what we need!

"Men and women are three-part beings. We all consist of body, mind, and spirit. When we refuse to acknowledge a third part of our make-up, we create a void that allows evil, prejudice, and hatred to rush in and wreak havoc. Spiritual presences were present within our educational systems for most of our nation's history. Many of our major colleges began as theological seminaries. This is a historical fact.
What has happened to us as a nation? We have refused to honor God, and in so doing, we open the doors to hatred and violence. And when something as terrible as Columbine's tragedy occurs -- politicians immediately look for a scapegoat such as the NRA. They immediately seek to pass more restrictive laws that contribute to erode away our personal and private liberties. We do not need more restrictive laws.
Eric and Dylan would not have been stopped by metal detectors. No amount of gun laws can stop someone who spends months planning this type of massacre. The real villain lies within our own hearts.

"As my son Craig lay under that table in the school library and saw his two friends murdered before his very eyes, he did not hesitate to pray in school. I defy any law or politician to deny him that right! I challenge every young person in America , and around the world, to realize that on April 20, 1999, at Columbine High School prayer was brought back to our schools. Do not let the many prayers offered by those students be in vain. Dare to move into the new millennium with a sacred disregard for legislation that violates your God-given right to communicate with Him.

To those of you who would point your finger at the NRA -- I give to you a sincere challenge.. Dare to examine your own heart before casting the first stone!

This Connecticut tragedy just has the media playing the "broken record" of "where was God?" Absolutely floors me that a culture that for the most part has attempted to ban God from nearly every facet of life, has the audacity to ask "where was God" when that culture's people act ungodly. Seems to me, folks in the media want enough of God to protect them and make them secure, but not enough of Him that they might actually have to honor and obey Him. IMAGINE MY SURPRISE AND DISGUST (YES, DISGUST!!), WHEN I OPENED THE PAPER YESTERDAY AND READ THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT FROM HAMAN HIMSELF!! HERE IT IS BELOW:
"Bensalem Public Safety Director Fred Harran said the police department works closely with the school district to develop plans for dealing with incidents in the school and has drilled at some of the various schools.

In the past 10 years, notification systems have become popular. Police and school districts have e-mail notifications and automated phone systems to contact parents whether it's a lockdown, a fire drill or even a crash in front of the school.

Harran said the township has several different methods of notification, which can be found on at www.bensalempolice.org.

"It's easily said in a calm situation when you have a moment's pause, to not rush to the school," Harran said. "But that's the worst scenario, when parents rush to the scene."

Apparently, they are trying to do "damage control" on the Water Tower that is along Street Rd and Route 1. You know, the $5 million dollar eyesore's new 'mate'!! This thing cost $2 million, and I am wondering like others, if this was out of township taxpayer $$$. Can someone explain to me how a $2 million dollar monstrosity, is supposed to help firefighters fight fires, when there is NO water in it?? They call it an "Infrastructure Improvement", that is supposed to help the firefighters fight fires, but all I see is a useless eyesore.

This same person is involved in the school district's theft of time investigation, but has not been arrested in this. Why is there NO THOROUGH INVESTIGATION into either??
5. What was the purpose of using your police force for the purpose of harassing the Jerri family, and plastering Dave Jerri Jr's face ALL OVER THE ELECTRONIC BILLBOARDS in Philadelphia, for a crime he DID NOT commit??

All I can say in response to this is, Who are you trying to fool, "Your Majesty"?? Just one look at the budget tells me and others that the mayor and SEVERAL others in this town are overspending, and you and the other members of council are going along with it!! As a result, we have a $9.5 million dollar deficit just this year alone, plus the deficits form the previous two years, which puts this town in a very big hole!! You may claim that the budgets were balanced, but we all know "Your Majesty", that this budget was NEVER balanced properly, neither have the last three years budgets, and I have the budgets to prove it! I and others have been asking for UP TO DATE budget statements, and you REFUSE to give them, which shows you have something to hide. NOT GOOD!!
C'mon, we all know, that in reality, the reduction in the homeowners grant by $200, is the equivalent of taxing the residents of this township by that much and more! Once you calculate the HUGE property taxes that the homeowners pay, as well as the outrageous water, trash, and sewer bills, that is how much the average homeowners have to pay in taxes!! In the meantime, you and council purposely have failed to answer the one main question of the residents of this town: "Where is all the money from the casino going???" We want to know SPECIFICALLY where every penny of the money this town gets from the casinos is going, but you have yet to answer us. All we can say on this, that IT'S DISHONEST!!
