Mayor refuses to discuss the closing with the fire company.
Council claims that they know nothing about it.
Other fire companies are threatened to keep their mouths shut.
Now Mr. Mayor, any plans for addressing this?

DICTATORSHIP DISGUISED AS A DEMOCRACY

HAD A VERY BUSY DAY TODAY, AND FOUND THIS WONDERFUL LITTLE MEMORIAL DAY PRESENT AT MY DOOR. WHAT I READ DIDN’T SURPRISE ME IN THE LEAST, BECAUSE I KNEW WE HAVE SCUM WHO ARE IN CHARGE OF THIS TOWN, BUT TO HEAR IT FROM SOMEONE WHO IS APPARENTLY CLOSE TO THE SITUATION SHOCKED ME. HOPEFULLY THIS PERSON WILL DO THE RIGHT THING, AND NOT BE ARFAID TO TAKE A STAND.

 

We thought we would pass this information along.  One of the members of the Bensalem emergency responders groups that meet for discussion has provided little information but attends regularly.  Yesterday at lunch he told us something has been bothering him for a while. He has been afraid to say anything, because he knows what can happen to him. He has seen what Fred Harran does when he turns the police department loose to attack anyone or any group that stands up to him.

     This member has family that belongs to a boat club on State road. They have been members for years and one has been on the board of directors.  They were approached by the Union Fire Company about storing their new fireboat there.  Both groups would benefit including upgrades to the facility paid for by the fire company.

     When Fred Harran found out the boat club was going to help the fire company he contacted the person in charge of the club.  He told him in no uncertain terms that the township pretty much lets the boat club alone and doesn’t bother them.  If the boat club continued to help the fire company Fred Harran could no longer assure the boat club that the practice of leaving them alone would continue.

      The people in charge understood exactly what Fred Harran was saying and told the fire company they would not permit them to store the new fireboat there.

       The member who told us this says he has seen firsthand the threats, intimidation and bullying by Fred Harran and spoke with several members of Council.  They all said the same thing to him; “the Mayor won’t address it, there is nothing we can do”.

       We don’t have a government of the people; we have a dictatorship controlling the people through threats, intimidation and harassment.  This member is afraid to say anymore because he saw firsthand what happens when a member of the fire service reports a crime committed by a paid firefighter.  The victim is harassed into not pressing charges.  Nothing is done to the person who committed the crime.

      The member told us he knows what happened to Union Fire Company could happen to the other five fire companies because they refuse to stand together.        

 

I KNEW IT!! BENSALEM IS NOT PART OF THE U.S.A., BUT IS THE KINGDOM OF JOEY D, AND FRED HARRAN IS HIS SHERRIFF OF NOTTINGHAM!! I did this because I realized that this was another state that caved in to the demands of individuals, who want their SINFUL lifestyle accepted and honored under the same sacred act that my husband and I took nearly 14 years ago!!  I just heard that our illustrious governor, Tom “Cover Up for a Pedophile” Corbett, is NOT going to appeal this!! Can we say Excuse Me!!

These same individuals claim that they want equality, yet REFUSE to allow differing opinions on this matter?? You claim to want tolerance, but refuse to give it to others who believe differently from you. You insist on being treated with dignity, yet you treat those who disagree with you in the most disgraceful fashion, and anger the black community by comparing yourselves to them!! Worse yet, you subject Bible believing Christians like myself with petty and useless lawsuits, and worse. You have us charged with a “hate crime”!!!

They claim that they FINALLY are going to be respected, and that “Love Wins”. The problem, however, is that all they have done aside from having earned the righteous wrath of God almighty, is further alienated conservative Christians by discriminating against them, and corrupted a wonderful institution created by God.

FOUND THIS WITH MY SUNDAY PAPER THIS MORNING, AND HAD TO SHARE. GUESS THE BENSALEM FIRE SERVICE IS NOW BECOMING THE LAUGHING STOCK OF PA, AND POSSIBLY THE U.S. READ THIS BELOW, AND SEE FOR YOURSELF.

 A former fire chief from our town still speaks with a bunch of us from the fire companies.  We told him that the township built a training center for the fire companies on Street rd. between Route 1 and the turnpike.  He told all of us that he found that hard to believe.  No one would be stupid enough to build a training center that close to major roadways.  When we told him how it was constructed, he said that we would not have to worry about burning in the building, as the construction prohibited any type of heat.  He continued to doubt the location because even a smoke machine would cause issues that close to major roads.

     He came into town recently and went to breakfast with several of us “old timers”.  He said he saw the training center on Street rd.  He stands corrected. Someone was stupid enough to build it there!  When we told him how much it cost, he spit out his drink.  He asked us how the senior fire chiefs could allow this to happen.  We told him, they had all been driven out by the former and current Director of Public Safety.  He just shook his head…which we have been doing for years!

    We didn’t have the heart to tell him about the paid fire company or the money taken from the six volunteer fire companies!!!!!!!

 LOOKS LIKE ALL OF HIS MAJESTY’S FLAWS ARE NOW BLATENTLY OBVIOUS FOR THE WORLD TO SEE. IT ALSO LOOKS LIKE SHERRIFF LOBO IS NOW BEING SEEN FOR THE FOOL HE TRULY IS. If the township has nothing to hide, why are they refusing to answer any of Wiley's  questions?? There are too many unanswered questions on the part of the township when it comes to this. According to the Inquirer article the judge simply wants Wiley to back his words up. There is also Lobo's sticking his foot in his mouth wit his ridiculous statements.

Anyone notice how AGAIN this completely fails to mention the marina?? Gee, Wonder why? Oh, I know why!! The township doesn't want ANYONE to remember the evil that was done to Union Fire Company. In particular forcing them to give up a badly needed Rescue Boat!! Despite... all of Sherriff Lobo's public comments; it was NEVER purchased as an anti-terror unit. It was purchased to provide fire and rescue protection on the Delaware River. The 'good' news is that the Union firefighters get to go out on the Delaware River in a 1965 and a 1981 (which constantly leaks air from its flotation cushions) without ANY protection from the elements. Way to go, Lobo!! Jeopardizing the safety of the volunteers so you can throw your weight around is a true showing of your character!! Worse yet, the ENTIRE council (pre- Bryan Allen) and the mayor approved of this!! Just so people understand, with this new Riverside Development, it will be 100 yards from Union Fire Company itself, and will have a 10 story tower. Pretty much anyone with common sense, knows a fire truck ladder can't surpass 7 stories. So what do we do if people are trapped on floors 8 through 10 or on the roof? IF Sherriff Lobo had even bothered to have been trained AT ALL in fire and rescue procedures, he would've known this. However, he CHOSE to cover this fact up, and slander an honorable fire company, its chief(s) Vince Troisi, Dave Jerri Sr., and Dave Jerri, Jr. He also made life miserable for another fire fighter who was injured along with Dave Jr., and is still seeking justice. Now His Majesty, Sherriff Lobo, and court, are facing the consequences of their lies in the legal action taken against them by the Jerri's.
