Definitely sounds like something the BTPD would do. After all, Sherriff Lobo FALSELY arrested Dave Jerri Jr. on trumped charges of Workmen's Comp Insurance Fraud, and threatened his father. Who's to say he wouldn't have this done to someone as well.
