AS USUAL WHEN A SERIOUS SNOWSTORM IS GOING TO ARRIVE, THEY WAIT UNTIL THE VERY LAST MINUTE TO MAKE THE NECESSARY PREPARATIONS FOR IT.THIS NOTICE SHOULD'VE BEEN UP YESTERDAY!!! OF COURSE THIS IS TO BE EXPECTED FROM A TOWNSHIP WITH NO VALID, ORIGINAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLAN. I ONLY HOPE AND PRAY THAT THE POWER AROUND HERE DOESN'T GO OUT.
