APPARENTLY HECKLER IS AT IT AGAIN WITH HIS WARPED INTERPRETATION OF THE LAW. IT IS CLEARLY OBVIOUS THAT THIS DISHONORSBLE COP LIED THORUGH HIS TEETH, AND NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLEFOR HIS ACTIONS, BUT HERE IN BUCKS COUNTY THAT WIL NEVER HAPPEN, BECAUSE AS LONG AS HECKLER IS D.A. AND THE DEMOCRATS IN THIS COUNTY, AS WELL AS THIS TOWN, CONTINUE TO BE WIMPS, REAL JUSTICE WILL NEVER OCCUR!
