If you want to ban 'clowns', how about banning the ones at 2400 Byberry Rd.??? Don't get me wrong. I am NOT a fan of this 'creepy clown' bit, but to ban this as a costume, because certain individuals have a broomstick up their behinds, and NO sense of humor is absolutely stupid!! All this is, is giving in to the fear and pressure tactics of Sherriff Lobo and his ilk, which results in the terrorists winning!! I guess His Majesty and Sherriff Lobo don't have any VALID emergency plan to deal with the "Insane Clown Posse", so they dreamt this up! As I said before Lobo; Haven't you got anything better to do??
