“Turning in front of each other, trying to beat the light,” he said, “if these things stopped, the accidents would be cut down considerably.”
Fred Harran, with the entirely reasonable suggestion that we just change human nature to solve our problems!

The municipality is responsible for sidewalks, but DiGirolamo, the mayor, said that while he agreed there was a need for more protection for pedestrians, and said the township could order it, the cost of putting in sidewalks would fall to property owners.
PLEASE!!! YOU GET A $10 MILLION DOLLAR BOND FOR SIDEWALKS AND ROADWAY EXPANSION IN AREAS THAT DON'T NEED IT, BUT YOU REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS!! SPOKEN LIKE A TRUE MACHEVELLI!!! MOST OF ALL, YOUR PRIORITIES ARE REALLY SCREWED UP YOUR MAJESTY!! AS FOR YOUR EVER SO 'WONDERFUL' PUBLIC SAFETY DIRECTOR, WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE LOBO?? GOD??
