The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
This verse above, speaks volumes on this young man, but also speaks to the moral, spiritual, and more so, conduct of this town. While Lobo and his 'Keystone Kops', attempt to pass the buck, and Mr. Weintraub says that it 'wouldn't have made a difference' if the initial gun charges had never been dropped, the REAL truth of this, is that a SINFUL young man, who desperately needs the Lord, was FAILED. Failed by parents who coddled him, and a police department that didn't do their jobs. Because of these factors, we have FOUR lost lives, with ruined families, and LOTS of unanswered questions still remaining.
