Typical, another bill increase!! I really feel awful for the homeowners of this town, because they will suffer badly. However, what will happen to renters?? Make them pay for their own water and sewage, or another rent hike??I had a feeling this was going to happen, and with what I am seeing of the proposed budget, there is going to be a whole lot more "surprises" to come.
