Troubling?

I don't agree. Browndorf is a bully and a liar. He is claiming that he was a whistle-blower for the investigation into the sheriff's office, and that all of this is retaliation. Problem is there was NO evidence to back it up. Don't get me wrong here, I also think that Romanek is was in no way a saint by any means. However, this doesn't justify physically assaulting a handcuffed person AT ALL!!
