@ Wendy (aka) Narrah and James Bailey, the most likely reason the defendants received no incarceration (jail time) might be so the school district could recover the restitution from the defendants in a timely manner. If the defendants were sent to prison it would have cost us taxpayers even more money to house and feed them and the courts would have allowed the defendants to take years to pay back restitution. Your pound of flesh mentality only makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, but it would have done nothing to recover the loss to the school district and taxpayers. $600,000 is better than nothing. You can buy a lot of Papa John's pizza with that kind of money.

It's not a matter of a "pound of flesh" mentality, as it is justice, and that is what the citizens of this town want. I have heard about Bucks County Prison being overcrowded, and that is NOT what I am talking about. I am talking about a minimum security STATE PRISON, which is what these people deserve. Recovering restitution in a "timely manner"??? Please don't make me laugh. All this is, is a way to speed this up, so everyone in Bensalem forgets, and the wrong people still stay in office. As for the restitution, it should be for the FULL $1.5 million, and nothing less.

You won't recognize me. My name was Antonio West and I was the 13-month old child who was shot at point blank range by two teens who were attempting to rob my mother, who was also shot. A Grand Jury of my mommy's peers from Brunswick GA determined the teens who murdered me will not face the death penalty...too bad I was given a death sentence for being innocent and defenseless.

My family made the mistake of being white in a 73% non-white neighborhood, but my murder was not ruled a Hate Crime. Nor did President Obama take so much as a single moment to acknowledge my murder.

I am one of the youngest murder victims in our great Nation's history, but the media doesn't care to cover the story of my tragic demise, President Obama has no children who could possibly look like me - so he doesn't care and the media doesn't care because my story is not interesting enough to bring them ratings so they can sell commercial time slots.

There is not a white equivalent of Al Sharpton because if there was he would be declared racist, so there is no one rushing to Brunswick GA to demand justice for me. There is no White Panther party to put a bounty on the lives of those who murdered me. I have no voice, I have no representation and unlike those who shot me in the face while I sat innocently in my stroller - I no longer have my life.

College Republicans Denied Admittance to Obama's University of Central Missouri Speech Yesterday. WHAT?????

"Christopher White of The College Fix reports that students wearing “Tea Party T-Shirts and others who wore patriotic or Republican-inspired clothing” were turned away at the door under the guise of security concerns, despite the fact that they held tickets to the event."

"Missouri College Republicans State Treasurer Courtney Scott told Campus Reform on Thursday that an unidentified police officer told the group they were barred from the event for “security reasons and for the president’s protection.”

“You will not be allowed any further,” the officer allegedly told the group of six College Republicans, dressed in republican and tea party clothing, as they attempted to enter the event.

Scott said each member of the group had a ticket to enter the event and that they arrived early complying with all rules."

As we know how disrespectful and violent Tea Party and GOP folks are in general... what a pathetic excuse! However, the National Review author has some tips on how to get in to hear an Obama college address.

The Director of Public Safety withheld information concerning an attempted arson at a commercial building in the Union Fire Company Fire District. A week later, the Union Fire Company was dispatched to a fire alarm in a commercial property two businesses away from the one with the arson report. After searching the business they were dispatched to and the one next to it they eventually located a working commercial building fire in the business that had previously been the target of an arsonist! This endangered all the members of the Union Fire Company at the scene. When members of the Cornwells Fire Company arrived at the scene, THEY TOLD THE UNION FIRE COMPANY ABOUT THE ATTEMPTED ARSON FIRE at the business! When the Director of Public Safety was asked about keeping the information from the Union Fire Company he replied; "I don't release information about ongoing investigations"! When the chief of the Union Fire Company stated that he personnel were put in danger by not having the information, the Director of Public Safety REFUSED to respond. When the Union Fire Company chief pointed out that members of the Cornwells Fire Company knew about the attempted arson the Director of Public Safety refused to discuss the matter. Then, the Director of Public Safety had the nerve to put in his "18 safety points" (Now proven to be fiction.) that it took the Union Fire Company 30 minutes to locate the fire at the same fire!
EVEN MORE SCARY, IS THAT I WAS INFORMED OF SEVERAL INSTANCES OF INDIVIDUALS WITH "CONNECTIONS" DOING THIS DANGEROUS AND ILLEGAL THING AND THAT THEY WERE ALSO FIRE FIGHTERS IN BENSALEM!! FUNNY HOW DESPITE ALL OF HAMAN'S DECEIT, UNION IS STILL OPEN AND THEIR PRESIDENT WON'T BOW TO HIM.

John "the Chosen One" Mathieu

You know with all the "interesting" events occurring within not only the Bucks County Court House, and the school district in Bensalem, it really makes one wonder just how far this illegal activity really goes. I say this because because I received a letter from someone, who gave some rather interesting information on John "the Chosen One" Mathieu. In this letter, it alleges that he was fired from Regency Apartments as Head of Maintenance, for doing the very same things that were going on within the court house!! According to this person, they allege that he had the employees of Brandywine/Regency Apartments, do campaign work on his behalf, and work the polls on each Election Day. All while on the clock for Brandywine/regency Apartments!! I even found out from several residents, including one longtime resident at the complex, that Mathieu was allegedly fired for stealing company property to refurbish his own rental properties!! Sound familiar????

Funny thing though, the letter was correct in that I saw a lot of apartment complex employees present at my polling place, whenever my spouse and I would go to vote. You see, for years Mathieu had his relatives such as his daughter and niece as Majority Inspector, Judge of Elections, and his then girlfriend, former Committeewoman Lisa Sutherland there. I even noticed one of the maintenance men acting as a Constable?? For years they ran this polling Place like it was their personal kingdom, and it was often noted according to an election official, how nasty both his daughter and niece were. I know this to be true, because my first time as a poll watcher, one of them (possibly the daughter) threatened me!! John is also known for pulling some nasty stunts which I witnessed first-hand. My first year there at LM 4 (Lower Middle 4) he posted the arrest of a local resident for something he hadn't even been tried in court for!! If it wasn't for the attorney representing the Bucks County Democrats intervening, who knows what more damage he could have done?

He has also been accused of stealing many signs belonging to the Bensalem Democratic Organization, and sticking them in a storage area at Regency Apartments, but I have a hunch, this is taking place in an area much closer to their Headquarters. Unfortunately, nothing was or ever is done about this, because “His Majesty” won’t allow the B.T.P.D. to investigate this. As a matter of fact, the Public Safety Director pretty much refused to do so. 
Now he is a township councilman, (Something he evidently owes to His Majesty!!) who conveniently chosen by His Majesty to take over “Rude Boy” Szafran’s place on council. I don’t know about anyone else, but I’d like to know what is qualifications are to be a councilman!! Mathieu, is also the same councilman who was unable (Should I say unwilling!) to help the honorable members of Union Fire Company, in their issues with the Public safety Director. From what I was told, he actually said to fire fighters searching for answers, that this took place before he was in council, so he therefore couldn’t (wouldn’t) get them the answers they needed. He also parrots whatever His Majesty wants, because if he had any spine, he would have gotten these answers for his fellow fire fighters. When push came to shove, he conveniently did the right thing in making sure Union Fire Company wasn’t closed down permanently, but the damage has been done. Now in light of the School District fiasco, they have now given him the facilities manager position that was once held by Robert Moseley!! If he truly did what he was accused of with Regency Apartments/Brandywine Management, then, this is like putting the fox in charge of the hen house!!!

Ladies and gentlemen of Bensalem, the time has come to make sure this man does not get another term in office. He has been part of the problem for the past two years, along with "Dog and Pony Show" Bellfield, and "Weasel" Pilleri, allowing the mayor to spend $$$ like there is no tomorrow, because they refuse to hold the mayor and our officials accountable for the massive deficits we have had for the past 3 years. Let’s give these men the send-off they deserve, so they can't do any further damage to this town!!

THIS TIME IT WENT UP IN FLAMES!!! NOW BEFORE THERE ARE ANY FALSE ACCUSATIONS HURLED MY WAY, I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT I AM PRAYING FOR ALL WHO WORKED AT THIS PLACE, AND EVEN FOR 222!!! THESE GUYS FOUGHT IN SEVERE HEAT, AND THAT TAKES SOME BRASS YOU KNOW WHAT'S!! MY EVEN BIGGER CONCERN, IS THAT THESE POOR EMPLOYEES ARE OUT OF WORK, AND HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO FALL BACK ON!! THIS RESTAURANT HAD BEEN AROUND FOR OVER A DECADE, BUT THE OWNER SCREWED IT UP WITH HIS TAX PROBLEMS WITH THE IRS. FROM WHAT I AM ALSO SEEING AND LEARNING BUSINESS WASN'T TOO HOT, AND NOW THIS. IT DOES MAKE YOU WONDER, IF SOMETHING SUSPICIOUS WAS INVOLVED IN THIS.
