THE PERFECT WAY TO COMBAT WELFARE FRAUD
This should be the requirement for EVERY ABLE BODIED PERSON who wants public assistance. This way we can avoid the rampant abuse of it, and those who REALLY need it, can get it. We also need to make sure that we don't fall into the "appearances can be deceiving" mode, and refuse a person with cancer assistance, because they "look able bodied". Just remember I Timothy 3:10.
