DIVERSITY??? WHAT DIVERSITY???

I MUST'VE BEEN A REALLY GOOD GIRL, BECAUSE THE 'MESSENGER FAIRY' SENT ME SOME REAL GOODIES ABOUT THE TOWNSHIP AND WHAT'S GOING ON AROUND HERE. CHECK OUT THIS INTERESTING BIT OF INFO FROM SOME VERY CONCERNED INDIVIDUALS WHO MAKE SOME VERY VALID POINTS.

It is very interesting to our group of members of the emergency services in Bensalem that the Mayor claims he supports diversity.
    
Here are a few interesting facts about our Township.

1.       The Mayor is a white male.
2.       All of the Mayors staff are white males or white females.
3.       All the  members of Council are white males.
4.       All the heads of the departments in Bensalem are white males.
5.       Out of 105 sworn officers, there is ONLY one Hispanic male and  ONLY one African American male left.
6.       90% of the rest of the minority officers hired under the current township administration, several have been forced to leave, some have been outright fired and a majority had to file lawsuits to deal with the discrimination.
7.       Many of the minority officers that were fired or were not retained after their probation period were dismissed for minor incidents.
8.       Several white officers have committed serious violations repeatedly and were retained and even promoted.
9.       The paid fire department continues to violate the FLSA with no consequences.
10. The paid fire department continues to violate NFPA standards 1710 and 1500 which endangers the public as well as the fire service.

IF THIS IS DIVERSITY AND EQUALITY IN BENSALEM, I'D HATE TO SEE THE OPPOSITE. THIS IS ABOUT AS DIVERSE, EQUAL, AND TOLERANT, AS A SCREEN DOOR ON A SUBMARINE. OF COURSE LOBO BOASTS AS TO HOW HE CAN GET AWAY WITH ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING THANKS TO HIS MAJESTY PROTECTING AND COVERING FOR HIM. GEE, THAT SOUNDS LIKE WHAT JIM BOB DUGGAR HAS BEEN DOING (STILL IS!) FOR HIS MONSTER OF A SON JOSH! PROBLEM IS THAT THIS 'PROTECTION' WILL ONLY LAST FOR SO LONG, AND ONE OF THESE DAYS 'LITTLE BULLIES' WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS, AND MOST OF ALL LOBO.....
