Here's PROOF of misconduct within the Bensalem Fire Service. This picture was taken at the ACME fire in Bensalem June 2nd, and shows Tom Topley operating our paid fire truck without wearing personal protective equipment.

Even more interesting, is that this has happened before, and they've actually BOASTED about it.
