YES, WHERE IS THE OUTRAGE??

THIS WAS WRITTEN BY SOMEONE ON A FB PAGE ABOUT COSMO DINARDO, AND I HAD TO SHARE. APPARENTLY, SOMEONE IS ASKING SOME SERIOUS AND VALID QUESTIONS, AND IT'S TIME THEY GET ASKED.
I've said this before, but I do believe he may have gotten special treatment by the police involving the gun. My problem is where is all the outrage at the BTPD or the mayor?? Where is their responsibility in all this? They would be the true enablers because their job is to protect and serve all, NOT just the rich. I can understand parents trying to cover for their son. But if the police have had 40 run ins with this thug, and he only had one arrest, who's fault is that. There could be the chance that had they done their job maybe CD would have been in jail somewhere instead of in the street killing kids.

Hate to break it to you, Your Majesty and Sherriff Lobo, but I’m so NOT buying this!! I really find it interesting all the excuses that you’ve made in this, but I find it especially interesting as to WHO the detective was in this. Just curious, wasn’t Det. Monaghan the same detective that did the Dave Jerri Jr. case?? I guess he’s the one you go to, when you have a ‘political case’ to investigate, huh Lobo?

If I were the investigators, as well as ANY sane reporter, I'd be asking the following questions:

1. What reason(s) were given for dismissing the ORIGINAL gun charges from February

2. Who authorized the dismissal?

3. Why did it take until Weintraub insisted they be re-filed to re-file them??

I am NOT buying Sherriff Lobo's excuse, and neither should anyone else.

THANK YOU CBS 3, FOR DOING THIS ARTICLE! This young man's parents enabled him EVERY step of the way, and they need to be held accountable for this. I also think that a THOROUGH investigation needs to be done into the dismissal of the ORIGINAL gun charges from February, because I'm NOT buying Sherriff Lobo's 'explanation', of the commitment paperwork being messed up.

Could it be that there were some behind the scenes things going on?? Even more laughable is how you’re blaming the mental health system when you KNOW that isn’t true!! That’s all that is being made by the BTPD for this tragedy, and Lobo knows this!! First off, how can one mess up commitment paperwork?? Secondly, this was not re-filed on June 21st, but it was re-filed within this past week, (July 10, 2017 to be exact!) and only because DA Weintraub insisted on it!! LET ME 1ST SAY THAT THIS IS NOT IN ANY WAY TO DIMINISH THE PLIGHT OF THE FAMILIES OF THESE 4 MEN. I so feel for these families, and have been praying for them. I am VERY concerned for their safety, and I pray that they are found alive. Most of all, I pray that God's will is done in this!

However, something is REALLY wrong with this!! Weintraub, should've insisted on NO BAIL!! I am also still VERY concerned with the fact that this 1st gun charge was dismissed, and I just learned WHO the judge was that did so. I guess that leaves just 2 questions to ask....

1. Why were the gun charges dismissed against Mr. DiNardo?

2. Why didn't the BTPD IMMEDIATELY RE-FILE??
