That’s all that is being made by the BTPD for this tragedy, and Lobo knows this!! First off, how can one mess up commitment paperwork?? Secondly, this was not re-filed on June 21st, but it was re-filed within this past week, (July 10, 2017 to be exact!) and only because DA Weintraub insisted on it!! Don’t believe me, look at the documents for yourself and see the actual date:
