CHECK THIS OUT!
This was taken this morning at the WAWA on Street and Hulmeville Road. Could they be on their way to the Township Building? Could they be going there to ask questions about the individual that is now a 'person of interest', in the case of the 4 missing young men? I know some questions I'd ask.
