A judge says this in Philly, and there's IMMEDIATE action taken.
However, when a Bensalem cop, says "(Black People) smell like burnt popcorn. That's why the K-9's can't find 'em in Philly.", ANYONE who reports it, either gets paid into silence, or gets punished!!!
DOUBLE STANDARD ANYONE???
