I firmly believe that this is just a "Look at what we're doing" bit stunt, conveniently timed for the elections. Problem is that this area has been crime plagued for years, with prostitution, drugs, and much more, but the Police do next to NOTHING on it. As a matter of fact, the ONLY time they even attempt to do anything, is around election time. Its equally amazing to me, that Harran has been telling these deceptions to the town watch groups of Bensalem, and getting away with it. Harran has been clearly deceiving the people of this town, but people like you, are seeing through this, and trust me neither he nor Joey D like this. Harran also thinks that he can continue bullying the people of this town, but its NOT working. Trust me, the more it fails, the more desperate he becomes. As I said before, Fred.........
