A Crony's BIG Mistake

Mr. Phillips, an obvious crony of the mayor of Bensalem, FAILS to telll the truth on this issue. When Joey D sold the Bensalem township Water Dept. to what is now AQUA PA, the water and sewage rates of everyone in the township went up drastically!! What is also not being told, is that thanks ot the township's overspending, in 2010 we were $6.5 million in the hole!! Instead of cutting down on the spending, they dipped into the trust fund (Profits from selling the Water Dept.), and laid off ONLY 6 people!! This past year they continue to over-spend, including going over their snow removal budget, despite getting over 11 million from PARX!! Worst yet, when asked about the budget, the 5 million dollar disastrous fire training center, and any other vital matter, council either refuses to answer, or they flat out LIE.
