Something Smells Rotten in Bensalem

This really sounds fishy to me. I mean you have what two or more cops at the home, and they fire shots 6 ft. apart without hitting this this guy?? Most of all, what is up with the empty gun?? Why have an empty gun, if you're afraid someone is coming to hurt you??
