This has nothing to do with the children. Nothing at all. This was political retribution. He ignored the case when it was inconvenient politically, and exploited it when he could silence a critic. That is how Governor Tom Corbett operates. It's emblematic of all of his dealings. Chester, PA is not a town that voted for him, but Vahan Gureghian gave him lots of money (and runs their main charter school), so he bankrupts their school district while mandating $36 million plus in payments to Gureghian's school. If you're with Tom Corbett, you're gold while he's Governor. If not, look out.
For this reason, the rest of us need him out after the 2014 election.
