DAY FOUR: NO RESPONSE

Got NO response to any of my questions from yesterday. Guess they either have NO answers, or they can't or won't give them, because they're afraid of being caught with their "pants down" so to speak. Could it be they don't want the residents of this town to know that they have NO Emergency Preparedness Plan?? Don't believe me?? Ask to see a copy of it, and see how they react.
