You making sure they're being properly maintained, and repaired when they need it?? Or, are you spending the money you should be spending on maintaining your fleet of cars, on useless, needless TOYS??
Many of you are more than likely wondering what I'm referring to, so I'll fill you in. I recently learned that ALL of the BTPD's fleet of police vehicles are falling apart and NOTHING is being done about it. Why, you ask?? it's because Sherriff Lobo, (Who already is spending the police budget worse than a drunken sailor on shore leave.), is blowing the police budget on TOYS, and not essentials. I've learned that it's so bad, that they haven't either bought new patrol cars in OVER A YEAR!!
It's bad enough that you're abusing the township issued SUV you were given, but to show NO care for the police vehicles that the BTPD needs to protect us with, is absolutely abominable! What next?? Will you decide that bulletproof vests are no longer necessary? What about the call for body cameras for EVERY police department in the U.S.?? I bet any amount of money, that'll never happen!! Then you can allow all the legit instances of questionable police activity to continue unchecked.
It's time for accountability, and the time is NOW.
QUIT BUYING SELFISH TOYS LOBO, & PUT THE BTPD 1ST!!
