Who in the world are you trying to fool "Haman" Clearly, it's another example of Harran and the township wasting taxpayer $$$, while attempting to make the B.T.P.D. "look good". Its NOT working, because people in this town are seeing through it and him. I am also not suprised over the fact that the township officials are not aware of where this came from and its cost. Its living proof of the township doing what it does best.......................
