Our Little Narcissist

I recently learned the Following from a local psychologist familiar with Bensalem politics:

This person said to me off the record that a likely diagnosis of the mayor's peculiar behavior is "Narcissistic Personality Disorder." This explains his huge ego, his grandiose plans, his need to have his face and name in the public eye constantly, his being a control freak, his cheating on his wife with one woman after another, his vicious attacks on other people, his morning cocktails at La Cena, and his belief that Bensalem Township cannot possibly get along without him. Talk about being diluted!!
I also learned through this, that just before each council meeting, Joey D, and the members of council, get together at LaCena for dinner and a lot more. Evidently, they are seen there talking quite a bit before going to the televised council meetings, which raises a great deal of concern to this writer. Is it possible that they are discussing the very issues that are going to be discussed during that very council meeting, and making decisions during this?? IF this is the case, then the mayor and council are in SERIOUS violation of the Sunshine Law.
