I truly hope that this is being done to GENUINELY help those who are suffering from mental disorders, than as a publicity stunt, to make Haman and Nabal look good. Based on Haman's conduct this past year, I bet any amount of $$$ he would also still hold to the "Greyhound Therapy" method of dealing with the mentally ill, rather than truly help them.
