Reorganization????

All this looks like to me is Henry VIII putting all his little puppets in right where he wants them. I think its time to go to the council meetings, and demand to know why we have another deficit for the second year in a row, a budget with a great deal of questionable things in it, and a public safety director who puts the public at risk with his acts of slander towards a volunteer fire company he wants revenge on.
