Questions To Ask His Majesty

Things the King (Joey D) and his court (The Republican Majority Council) have done that make you go hm-m-m-m-m

The purchase of land on Haunted lane at State road for open space. The interesting part of this purchase is that it is wet land that could not have been developed anyway. To make it more interesting, the land was owned by the in laws of a former Republican Councilman.
The use of $5,000,000.00 for the improvement of the intersection of Galloway road and Mechanicsville road (state roadways) to make the Mayors ride home from work easier. Out of all the state road intersections in the township that need improvement,

THIS is the one that we spent township dollars on? Is the King truly trying to tell us, this was the intersection that needed the immediate attention of the township? There was no other state road intersection that needed more attention from the township?
Thousands of dollars of fines issued by the Fire Marshals office for code violations that were suddenly withdrawn. A member of the Fire Marshall's staff told a member of the community that the order came from "down the hall" referring to the Mayor's office instructions to withdraw the citations.
Better yet, how about Brady's tavern being shut down by License and Inspection as well as the Fire Marshals office for code violations. The shut down was lifted within several hours after an order was sent from "down the hall" to the Fire Marshal and the head of License and Inspection to re-open the bar!
How about the $771,000.00 settlement to former Township Administrator McCauley after being involved in his third hit and run in a township vehicle. The last hit and run was involved Mr. McCauley being drunk (arrested and convicted) instead of being immediately suspended for being involved in another hit and run in a township vehicle, he was allowed to resign and received his severance package!
Even better yet, how about the juicy severance package that Former Public Safety Director Steve Moran got, in light of the discrimination complaints against the police department and him! Why the promotion of Fred Harran to Director of Public Safety after he lied under oath regarding racial discrimination within the Bensalem Police Department?
How about the refusal of the King to let Former Councilman Allen see the investigation of racial discrimination within the Bensalem Police Department before Fred Harran was appointed director of public safety. Better yet, how about him not being allowed to see this information AT ALL??
Explain to the citizens of this town, as to the use of highway funds designated for Bristol pike being used to pave and add lights to a parking lot behind a current councilman's store front on Bristol pike. This is the only place off of Bristol pike where the grant funds were used to repave property not on Bristol pike.
How about the purchase of yet another vehicle for the King. He did say he doesn't charge us for flights he takes. I didn't know there was a lot of flying associated with the Mayor of Bensalem's duties. Does anyone know how much money we have spent since the King became Mayor for his vehicles?

Try 14 years of having Mr. McCauley and Mr. Cmorey in the Mayors staff. Since Mr. McCauley got his pay off, they have not needed to replace him. Why was there a need to have these two positions at $100,000.00 plus for all those years, now we only need one person? What did we spend the million dollars for if we only needed one of them?
How about the three mysterious deaths of women dating police officers within the Bensalem Police department. All of which were declared suicides!! Despite the requests of the family members, no outside of Bucks county investigations were ever done!!! The last incident had witnesses that were never interviewed by anyone, even though the information from the officer dating the victim conflicted with the information these witnesses possessed.
The threats made by a member of the police supervisors against a current councilman that he would expose criminal activity involving this councilman if he didn't vote to retain the police supervisor. The King knew about it and did nothing. Why?
What about the victims of golf balls flying onto Hulmeville road and hitting passing vehicles being told by the township, that the township was not responsible for the golf balls! The victims had to find out which golfer hit the balls that struck their vehicles.
I guess we should all be happy they don't have a shooting range there!
Does anyone know what the King and his Court paid for the golf course? Is it still a big secret? Why?
What about the $5,000,000 eyesore and its new "bride" where Route 1 Street Rd, and the PA turnpike come together? You all claimed that this was the best training center in the county, when now that the new Lower Bucks Training Center is open, the mistakes and omissions for the township center have become painfully obvious. Why are there no plans or funds to bring the center up to a minimum fire service training capability? Why did You, Harran and Topley appear on the township channel talking about the needed tax increase for the rescue squad. They touted the services being offered and a new drug they were carrying. They said they needed the money to maintain the high level of service they were supplying to our community. In addition, the rescue squad received over $85,000.00 from Parx because of the call volume increase. Despite the fact, that the more calls the rescue squad responds to, the more money they make! So, why is that the rescue squad REDUCED the number of ambulances it was staffing! Best yet, why do you have up to 112 police officers, with 63 making over 100K last year, when there has NOT been an increase in call volume in OVER 30 years??

Most of all, "Your Majesty", why is it that you refuse to give any information or admit that there IS a budget deficit with the township??

A Small Question

Back in 2010, Fred Harran, Mayor DiGirolamo and Tom Topley appeared on the township channel talking about the needed tax increase for the rescue squad. They touted the services being offered and a new drug they were carrying. They said they needed the money to maintain the high level of service they were supplying to our community. In addition, the rescue squad received over $85,000.00 from Parx because of the call volume increase. Despite the fact, that the more calls the rescue squad responds to, the more money they make! That's right! The rescue squad REDUCED the number of ambulances it was staffing! We are paying more for less!

How come there is no press conference by the Director of Public Safety with the Mayor standing with him announcing the reduced service which increases the danger to the public? Maybe we should give the rescue squad MORE money...

P.S. Glad to see the Director and Deputy Director driving around town in new Ford Expeditions. Your families look nice riding in them. Mr. Mayor your new SUV looks nice too!

The Joey D Scholarship Fund

While reading the latest Bensalem Propaganda Newsletter, I noticed something rather interesting that I believe EVERY tax paying citizen in this town should know about. Apparently, our little Henry VIII has decided to start a scholarship fund named after none other than HIM!! How arrogant can one be!! What also is outrageous, is that this has been going on for quite some time, and has been totaled at over $100,000, since it was started 11 years ago.
Now before ANY naysayers start in, I have NO PROBLEM with issuing scholarships to worthy young people who are trying to make a difference in the world. The issue I have with this, is Where is the money coming from?? If it is coming from a legitimate and honorable source, then great! However, if the tax dollars of the citizens of this town are being used for this, then this is unacceptable, and it needs to STOP! What I and many others in this town would like to know is..................

I just love how the naysayers continue to make fools of themselves, especially when I have legitimate documentation and evidence to back up everything I say. Its especially evident with this latest fiasco with the BTPD squad car that became a metal bonfire. In particular, I have two news articles, plus a reporter for this online newspaper confirming EVERYTHING I said about the car that caught fire, my questions are legitimate, and based of FACTS, so what specifically am I "wrong" about?? As usual you can't answer them, because you know they're the truth. You see, that is your problem. When the truth is staring you in the face, you refuse to admit it, and take it a step further with a "Wendy your the best. You can't get anything right". You individuals are too much of a coward to reveal yourself and debate me honorably, so why bother "debating you" at any upcoming council meeting, especially when I know you're the one that won't show, or the township officials will conveniently cancel it? You have yet to Refute These Facts:
1. Paid fire department...continues to be over budget.
2. Paid fire department...paid firefighter attacks volunteer firefighter, township covers up the incident
3. Paid fire department...more accidents in the last two years then the rest of the fire companies combined
4. Paid fire department is still in violation of township ordinance
5. Director of Public Safety continues to refuse to explain the false and inaccurate information contained in the Townships SAFER grant application
6. Director of Public Safety never interviewed the victim of the sexual harassment by one of the paid firefighters
7. The township training center continues to crumble with no plan in place to address these issues
8. The township is heading for its third straight year of deficit spending.
Get a Clue and Some Actual Courage!! I don't care if you believe me or not, but I KNOW I am telling the truth, so all I am going to say, is...............

I have seen this thing, and up till now thought it was either Joey D's new pool, or Haman trying to hide a spaceship. Now that I know what it really is, I still believe its another eyesore, and will believe its usefulness when I see it. Tell us something your majesty, how is this going to help the fire fighters, when this thing is not connected properly. What about making sure the training center at least has working toilets, and water in it.
In case there are people who don't believe that the training center is inadequate for the fire fighter's training needs, I have seen BOTH training centers, and the differences are very noticeable. Also, consider the evidence by a fire fighter below:
"First, there is no water system or sewer system at the facility. We only have the tank water carried by the apparatus to train with. Second, they failed to include a heat generating system at the facility. There is a smoke generating system. Without the combination of heat and smoke this facility is providing the same training we currently achieve when we place wax paper over the face masks of our breathing apparatus when training. This wax paper simulates a smoke condition. Without the ability to train live hose lines on live fire, we still don't have the minimum training facility that we were lead to believe this would be. Third, we were told we would no longer have to travel to the training center in Doylestown to obtain the required training and certifications. We still have to travel to the training center in Doylestown to attend training programs to receive certification in the various required training levels."

I'm wondering when you are gong to start telling the truth on this Haman, or at least make up your mind as to what happened here. Apparently, you now need the ATF to help you do your jobs? I know this is normal procedure, since a cop car, and ammo was involved, but this is ridiculous! I also heard that the care in question, which was shared by two patrolmen, just recently made it back from McCafferty Ford with a "Clean Bill of Health", despite a "silent recall" on it for electrical issues. The paid fire department spends over $80K for a truck, when they should have put it to use on repairing the engine they ruined!! . If that doesn't convince you, just look at how the police department is spending over $6milion on patrolman's salaries from last year!!They keep spending money they don't have, our town is going to become another Harrisburg...........

I just received this piece of information this morning, as a response to a Right to Know Request I made to the BTPD, and Haman himself. You see, I was curious as to how many police officers within this town made $100k or more last year. The answer I got really shocked me, and I had to share this with you straight from the letter itself.

Now that you read it, and have picked yourselves up off of the floor, let's get down to what this really means. As you can see, the number given was 63!! Yeah that's right!! You're not seeing things, its 63!!!!!That is over half the force!! 63 Bensalem Township Polices Officers made $100k or more last year. That comes to a total of $6,300,000!!! It really makes one wonder why we have deficits every year:

Why don't you just debate me in a respectful and HONEST fashion for once guys?? Oh I know why. YOU'RE TOO SCARED!! Hello, Scooby Gang!! You are not going to believe this one. After the week I have had, this voice mail from Haman really made my day, and got on my nerves!!!  What I listed below will better explain:

"Not too long ago, I requested through Right to Know, information about the township's precious paid fire department. In particular, I wanted to know what each person's qualifications were to be a firefighter/inspector, and to name each one per person. I also wanted to know what EACH PERSON received, as far as education to attain their position, what testing/certification they received, and whether or not they successfully passed their schooling courses to obtain their positions. What I got, was without a doubt, the most blatant example of stonewalling, and refusal to give any type of honest answer."

Well, I got a voice message from Haman, claiming that he does not understand what I am requesting, so I will clarify it for him. I firmly believe that when I pay $7.25 for information, I want it to be the ACTUAL INFORMATION I REQUESTED!! I specifically asked to see proof of EACH individual's qualifications (If they have any) for the position of fighter/inspector. I want to know if each person received ANY training/schooling for the position they are in, IF they actually took the tests necessary for the job, and PASSED them! In short, I want to know that the individuals you hired to protect me, are ACTUALLY QUALIFIED to do their jobs, and I want PROOF!!! Is that too hard to understand?? Good Grief!!
This is why I ask the questions I ask, because like anyone else, I expect HONEST answers!!! Of course, Haman thinks he's Eric Holder, that he is above the law and doesn't have to answer anyone for what he's done. Apparently, you think women are "beneath you", as well as minorities, so when they ask you embarrassing, or pointed questions, you either ignore them, or act rude to them, telling that you don't have to answer to them, because they're mere women, Well, I have news for you.....

Here is PROOF of what I say. I just received this before Memorial Day, and it proves that the township IS hiding things from its citizens.

I ask the same questions, because I have yet to receive an HONEST answer!! I guess you like the township have a problem with its citizen getting the truth, don't you. I have posted on my blogs, RTK responses that are either denials, or stonewall letters. I will bring therm to the next council meeting, and we can "debate". I also have the township's budget, which shows NOTHING as to SPECIFICALLY where the casino money goes. BTW, don't try the "General Fund" bit, because that is a lie. Go on my blogs, and you will see written proof of what I say. It is a RTK response from the township concerning the very question I and MANY others have asked. It basically is stonewalling and denying me the truth.

Just Wondering Something, Haman

What's the status on that "suspicious" care fire that happened the night before Memorial Day?? I also hear it came with some ammunition supplied fire works. All that was needed, I guess was the hot dogs, hamburgers, and marshmallows, and the camp fire would have been complete!! Its been over a week, and we haven't heard a thing. It makes the citizens of this town wonder whether or not you're hiding something.

Please Explain Something to Me Haman!!

Why is it that when I file a Right to Know request for VALID information, you either stonewall me, deny me, or charge me $7.25 for information that's completely useless, thus NOT answering my question to begin with? How come the people of this town are not getting HONEST answers concerning the criminal activity of TWO paid fire fighters, while you IMMEDIATELY go on TV and the newspapers and blatantly slander an honorable fire company like Union Fire Company?
When are you going to admit that you FALSELY accused two honorable fire fighters of Workman's Comp Fraud, to intimidate/harass Union's chief? How can you sleep at night, knowing that you have defamed and insulted an entire African American community with a statement such as "I know its a part of your people's culture to come out and see what the police are doing." ? Why do send your sycophants to insult me online, when they have NO FACTS, and NO VALID MEANS of debating me??

How Can You Even THINK You'll Get Away With It??

COWARD OF THE MONTH:

It’s baaaack!!! Yes, it’s the Coward of the Month, and this time I have THREE for you!! You see, this past month was filled with so many pieces of scum, that well, I had to give them their billing at the same time. Who are they you ask?? Well, they three paid fire fighters, who all have something in common: They committed crimes that they should be prosecuted for, but Haman won’t!!

Let’s start with a volunteer fire fighter for Newport Fire Co. #44, who is also a paid fire fighter with the township. This individual vandalized a fellow volunteer fire fighter’s car l severely beat the same victim, (On #44 Property, no less!), sending him to the hospital! Was he arrested?? NO!!! Was he fired from his paid position as a fire fighter?? NO!! What happened instead was that a high ranking fire official within Newport, (Before being VOTED out!), “coerced” this poor victim and his father into NOT pressing charges!! Where were the police in all of this?? Well, under the control of Haman, they did NOTHING as well, so this man gets to keep his precious paid fire fighter job, but can only be suspended as a volunteer. One would hope that the police would have charged this man themselves for the assault, but of course with Haman in charge, it didn’t happen, and more than likely never will. If I were the fire honorable fire fighters of #44 I would not be standing for this, and neither should anyone else in this town!

The next two cowards are brothers. These men are not only paid fire fighters, but also high ranking fire officials within Cornwells Fire Co.#`16, and they have been really naughty!! Let’s begin with brother #1.  Brother #1, has been allegedly pulling an Anthony Weiner with a fellow volunteer female fire fighter at Cornwells, and also been accused of sexually harassing her. When this came out, instead of doing a thorough investigation into the matter, including confiscating brother #1’s cell phone, a hasty TWO DAY investigation was done, and the incident was declared “unfounded”. Yeah right!! Then we have brother #2, who is also a full time employee for the Bensalem School District. This man has been stealing from the township for Lord only knows how long and getting away with it. How, you ask?? Well, he goes off school property, and visits his “girlfriend”, then late on, makes his time cards look like he put in a full day’s work. Funny thing though, the Bucks County Courier Times was given a very juicy story of employees falsifying their time sheets, thus exposing this, but instead of facing the music, like a normal human would, he runs to his master, Haman and begs him to speak to the school board on his behalf, so he can avoid being arrested. His reasoning, you ask? That he sided with Haman and other fire chiefs against Union Fire Co. (#37), in having them shut down, and that he (Haman) “Owed it to him”.

People, these individuals need to be in jail, but instead, they cower and sneak off to Haman or any of his other sycophants, and all of a sudden the illegal action “disappears”!! One of these criminals, (Yes, I said criminals!!) had the audacity to say the following in a Bristol bar, when asked if he was worried about being arrested; “I got nothing to worry about. It has been taken care of. That pussy has learned his lesson. They were told to keep their mouths shut and they are.” How dare he think he’s above the law!!!! Its already been confirmed, that Haman went to the school board to intervene for brother #2, and ever since this, nothing more has been said. Gee I wonder why???

Well, you three, I KNOW WHO YOU ARE, but I am being nice and NOT naming names….yet! All I can say is congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!  YOU’VE JUST MADE JUNE 2012’s COWARD OF THE MONTH!!

A Word of Advice to the Naysayers

Evidently, some of you have swallowed the Joey D Kool-Aid so much, its affected your brains. I noticed this especially as I was in the Memorial Day Parade, purposely ignoring the foolish woman, who apparently has NO filter on her mouth. You know who you are! You're the one that was incessantly chanting my name and "222", as if to FALSELY accuse me of hating the paid fire fighters. I have news for you, IT WON'T WORK!! You see, contrary to all the false and misleading statements made by Haman, Nabal, and Henry VIII, I hate neither the paid fire fighters, nor the Bensalem Police. NEVER HAVE AND NEVER WILL.
My issue with them, is their corrupt, despotic leader, Fred Harran, his side kick/criminal accomplice Pat Ponticelli, as well as his other minions/accomplices, Tom Topley, Robert Sponheimer, and ANY high ranking volunteer fire official, who uses their authority or position for EVIL. I especially despise someone who commits a crime, (assaulting another fire fighter, sexual harassment, and falsifying time cards, to cover seeing one's 'girlfriend', etc.) then uses their influence with Haman, to get away with it!! I also take issue with high ranking individuals within a police department, who behave inappropriately off the job, and with their spouses!!
My other issue, is the establishment of a paid fire department that was neither funded, nor established properly, and NEVER WAS TO BEGIN WITH!! What do I mean by this, you ask?? well, if you examine the SAFER Grant closely, as many of us have, you'll discover the following:
1. Haman SAT ON THE GRANT FOR OVER A YEAR, before starting 222.
2. Because of failure to use the grant in its first year, money was TAKEN from the six volunteer fire departments, to cover the cost of this new entity.
3. The grant was filled out FRAUDULENTLY.
A. Says that this was to start/ fund a/an existing combination paid and volunteer fire department, which is NOT true.
B. MADE UP Fire Call numbers from 2005 to 2008!!
You will also see, that 222 was formed IN VIOLATION of township municipal code #6 (There IS NO code #7!), and it currently is not being used for what the SAFER Grant intended it to be used for.
I also have obtained what I believe to be evidence, that this town has no VALID, ORIGINAL emergency management program. I know because when I asked for it, as well as others have, I get denied, and when I am given information, its INCOMPLETE! Speaking of information Haman, paying $7.25 for information I DID NOT ASK FOR, isn't granting my request. What I really wanted to know, was what each person's qualifications were to be a firefighter/inspector, and to name each one per person. I also wanted to know what EACH PERSON received, as far as education to attain their position, what testing/certification they received, and whether or not they successfully passed their schooling courses to obtain their positions. I guess that would mean telling the truth, which you evidently don't want to do, Haman. Afraid of something coming out, Haman???
As for the supposed statements, that individuals like arref, thumbsup and anyone else who has "offered" to debate me, I have news for you: I'M NOT FALLING FOR IT! You claim on the Patch, that you want to debate me in an environment, such as a council meeting, but when I have asked for a word for word quote from previous posts on this, there is none!! I have offered you the opportunity, to debate met either or my blogs, or in an upcoming council meeting, but the next meeting conveniently gets cancelled. How do you explain away that?? Get this message through your thick skulls......... I am here to get the truth out, and I have proof/evidence to back up everything I have said one here. You want to see it/challenge me then do so either on here or in an upcoming council meeting, and do so in a RESPECTFUL manner. Bring your facts and use them!! Haman's Lying and Stonewalling Exposed

Not too long ago, I requested through Right to Know, information about the township's precious paid fire department. In particular, I wanted to know what each person's qualifications were to be a firefighter/inspector, and to name each one per person. I also wanted to know what EACH PERSON received, as far as education to attain their position, what testing/certification they received, and whether or not they successfully passed their schooling courses to obtain their positions. What I got, was without a doubt, the most blatant example of stonewalling, and refusal to give any type of honest answer. Here is what I am Referring to Below:

 I PAID $7.25 FOR THIS??? This is NOT what I asked for, Haman, and you know it!! Who are you trying to fool??? Someone is really out of their mind, if they think I'm accepting ANY of this as an answer!!

Speak Up!!

First they attacked the Union Fire Company with false statements, harassed their leadership and threatened to arrest them. We are not the Union Fire Company and we didn't speak up. They continued to attack that fire company and we continued to remain silent because it wasn't being done to us.

When they suddenly called all of the township volunteer fire companies to a meeting to take away our funding because they did not properly budget, we did not speak up.

When one of the paid firefighters attacked and injured a Newport volunteer firefighter. We still did not speak up. When we learned that in addition to attacking and injuring the Newport volunteer firefighter the same offender damaged the volunteer's vehicle. We still did not speak up. When we learned that the injured firefighter was being pressured not to have his attacker arrested, we still did not speak up. When we learned that there were plenty of witnesses to the attack and still the police department did not arrest the paid firefighter, we did not speak up.

When we learned that top officials in the Department of Public Safety advised the Newport Fire Company not to expel the paid firefighter for the attack, we still did not speak up.

When they spent millions of dollars on a training center that did not meet our needs so that a few people could "have a training center first" we still did not speak up.

Who will be next? And will there be anyone left to speak up?

Remember, Evil triumphs, when good men do NOTHING!!

Try Getting Out of This One, Haman!!

We have continued our research into the conduct of the Public Safety Director, government officials and members of the Fire Marshal’s Office. We would like to provide you with some very concerning information.

1. A top official of the Newport Fire Company coerced the victim of the assault by an intoxicated paid firefighter from the township into NOT pressing charges against him. Many within that fire company are upset, angry and embarrassed by the way the attack on one of their own has been handled. This top official was acting under the direction of top officials in the Department of Public Safety. This paid firefighter continues his drinking ways and recently made a statement in a Bristol township bar after another firefighter asked him if he was worried about getting arrested. “I got nothing to worry about. It has been taken care of. That pussy has learned his lesson. They were told to keep their mouths shut and they are.”

2. Leadership of the six volunteer fire companies NOW understands that the township has mismanaged the SAFER grant from the start. They have done the math. Due to the continual failure of the Fire Marshal’s Office a minimum of $35,000.00 will have to be taken from each fire company. The volunteer fire companies will still be required to provide 24 hour service 7 days a week at a loss of over 20% of their funds!

3. The fire service study’s purpose was to justify putting the funds for the fire companies in the hands of a few people who have consistently failed to manage their funds.

4. Now that the new Lower Bucks Training Center is open, the mistakes and omissions for the township center have become painfully obvious. There are no plans or funds to bring the center up to a minimum fire service training capability.

5. A high ranking member of the Department of Public Safety went to several members of the school board on behalf of a fire chief that was involved in the theft of time from the school district.

6. This information was kept away from the Mayor of Bensalem UNTIL he received a phone call from the press.

7. The rescue squad received a tax increase and over $85,000.00 additional dollars from Parx Casino to maintain their service. They now man two ambulances INSTEAD of three! The Director of Public Safety, the Mayor and the Council are all aware of this. No investigation or action taken to protect the public. Why so silent?

8. The police department is now issuing incident report numbers for incidents that never got them before. This is to raise the number of incidents which have remained relatively the same for over 30 years. Why? To justify a ballooning Department of Public Safety budget. This does not include the volunteer fire companies which will continue to receive increasing budget reductions over the next four years.

9. Check the 2012 budget. If all the listed areas continue to come in under budget, why are they drawing money from the reserve fund? This fund was from the sale of the water and sewer department. When this administration came into office there was $71,000,000.00 in this fund. As of 2011 it is listed at $53,000,000.00! Where is it going?

10. With the addition of $11,000,000.00 yearly to the budget from Parx Casino, we should be building the reserve fund, NOT depleting it.

11. As long as the six volunteer fire companies remain divided, what has been done to the Newport and Union Fire Companies will continue. Which one of them (we know one is untouchable) is next?

Looks like more fire fighters, are slipping through your grasp, Haman, and there is a great deal more of this information to come. Be Prepared for That Back Seat Car Ride, Haman!!
