He's stating something that could have potentially happened, if this
occurred in an area where innocent people, including children were
present. While bullets don't "choose" their targets, they are still a
danger, if anyone is in their vicinity.

above all know better than to store live ammo in in such a careless
fashion. These items were stored in the trunk of the car, in a careless
