Thanks for the letter Haman, but it still lacks the answer to this simple question:
Did the one's that were inspector/firefighter prior to the hiring of
the SAFER grant firefighters meet the same requirements that the SAFER
grant firefighters met after their titles were changed to
firefighter/inspector (this is the title for the SAFER grant
firefighters)?
