After reading this, I am very curious as to whether or not the BTPD took ANY part in keeping this creep off the streets. Above all, I am curious Haman as to what training courses, you and your officers are taking when it comes to dealing with female victims of crime. Reason I ask is because I have been getting e-mails and letters from LOTS of women who have issues with your men over their attitudes in the matter, and what I have gotten is VERY negative.
