TO ALL THE "JOEYD GROUPIES" OUT THERE:
Please explain the following: PLEASE explain, how whenever there is ANY type of weather emergency, they FAIL to notify people properly. In particular with Hurricane Sandy, not only was there no REAL preparation, but the whole town was without power for over a week! Please explain how they overspent the snow removal budget every year for the past 5+ years, and how LOUSY the snow removal was. Most of all, please explain how this town has NO VALID ORIGINAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLAN!!
