A Little Education For the Naysayers and Haman

Kindly take a close look at this:

Subsections 553.100 through 106
It clearly states that you cannot volunteer in the municipality that you work in if you are performing "similar": activities, IE: can't be a volunteer firefighter in the same municipality where you are a paid firefighter.
I guess Fred has some explaining to do.
He can't claim they are separate organizations. If he has the power to shut down a volunteer fire department and controls the paid fire department, they are under the same municipal umbrella."
