More $$ for Joey D to Spend

Apparently, Gas Drilling Fees are very profitable in PA. So much so, that bucks county is getting over $500k from it. I wonder how much of this the residents of Bensalem won't see, because His Majesty will have already spent it on something useless!! Who knows, it may be not only on Haman and Nabal's salary, but on all the OT they've racked up so far this year.
