Day 30

Target: Integrity

Proverbs 24:21-22

My son, fear the LORD and the king; do not associate with those given to change; for their calamity will rise suddenly, and who knows the ruin those two can bring?

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, we cry out to you as a people desperately in need of Your mercy. Please forgive us for turning from You, for forsaking our time of prayer and fasting that invites the Holy Spirit to rule and reign in our lives. We need Your guidance for the very survival of our nation. Forgive us for allowing those in power to ban days of public prayer. We ask that You would place righteous men of integrity in the various public offices found throughout our cities, states and country as a whole. We need men and women who serve You with their whole hearts, never giving in to selfish desires or peer pressure. May we once again represent the Christian values that founded America. May we return to a system that seeks for Your approval, not the approval of foreign countries and dictators. And may America once again prosper under the sheltering wing of Almighty God. Amen.


WHERE DO I BEGIN WITH THIS? HOW MANY TIMES HAVE WE AS A TOWN ALLOWED CORRUPT AND SINFUL INDIVIDUALS TO WASTE OUR TAX DOLLARS ON RIDICULOUS THINGS SUCH AS AN IMPROPERLY AND UNLAWFULLY BUILT TRAINING CENTER? WHY DO WE HAVE A MAYOR WHO HAS A PUBLIC SAFETY DIRECTOR WHO COMMITS UNETHICAL AND ILLEGAL (YES I SAID IT HAMAN!), ALLOWS RACISTS AS LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS, AND DOES NOTHING ABOUT THIS? WORST OF ALL, WHY AR WE ALLOWING OUR TOWNSHIP OFFICIALS TO CONTINUE TO SPEND OUR TAX DOLLARS LIKE ITS GOING OUT OF STYLE, PUTTING US ONE STEP CLOSER TO BEING LIKE THE CITY OF HARRISBURG: BANKRUPTCY. I HAVE SAID IT BEFORE AND I WILL SAY IT AGAIN.....
