WHAT THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW
I recently learned that Bensalem is having SERIOUS financial issues AGAIN!! This is why they want to pass an increase in property taxes!! They say it's for the fire service, but I have yet to see proof of this. Worse yet, the 2 lone democrats on the council seem to say and do NOTHING about this! GET YOUR BUTTS IN GEAR DEMS!!

THEY’RE DOING IT AGAIN!!!
HEY GANG!! ANYONE REMEMBER THIS ARTICLE FROM THE BCCT?? WELL, GUESS WHAT?? THE TOWNSHIP PLANS ON ‘STICKING IT TO US’ AGAIN, AND THIS TIME YOU NEED TO BE ALERT TO THIS! OUR ‘BRILLIANT’ AND ‘WONDERFUL’ MAYOR IS PLANNING ON PUTTING THE SCREWS TO THE PEOPLE OF THIS TOWN AND YOU NEED TO KNOW. I ALSO RECEIVED A VERY FURIOUS RESPONSE FROM THE HONORABLE MEMBERS OF BENSALEM’S FIRE SERVICE, AND TO SAY THHEIR MAD WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT!! READ THIS ARTICLE IF YOU HAVEN’T READ IT FROM THIS PAST SUNDAY’S PAPER, THEN CHECK OUT THE BEYOND IRRITATED RESPONSE FROM THE HONORABLE MEMBERS OF BENSALEM’S FIRE SERVICE BELOW:
We can't believe they are doing this again! The Mayor is claiming he is raising taxes to support the fire departments!
Where in the hell is all the Casino money going? He keeps adding people to the police department, even though the call volume has not increased in decades! He has Harran doctoring the numbers, by making the officers take numerous incident report numbers to increase his statistics, even though calls for service have not increased!
The volunteer fire service in Bensalem is sick and tired of being blamed for tax increases, when it is obvious to everyone who has a brain, it is mismanagement by our Township government.
Wasn't it a few short years ago, this very same Mayor said he was instituting an Earned Income Tax to avoid putting the burden on the homeowners? Now he is using the homeowners to cover up more mismanagement! What's their plan, when the State Supreme Court ruling takes away more than $5,000,000.00 from the Casino funds, because the tax was unconstitutional?!

THIS NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN BROUGHT UP TO BE PUT ON THIS NOVEMBER’S BALLOT, LET ALONE FOR ANY TYPE OF CONSIDERATION. WHAT ARE YOU TWO DEMS DOING??? EVEN MORE DESPICABLE, IS HOW HIS MAJESTY AND LOBO ARE BLAMING THE FIRE SERVICE FOR HIS MISMANAGEMENT!! NOW LET'S SEE THIS HAPPEN TO THE MAYOR, PSD, AND OTHER CORRUPT GOP MEMBERS OF COUNCIL. I HAVE SAID REPEATEDLY, THAT THE PSD OF BENSALEM NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND ARRESTED FOR HIS EVIL AND BIASED ACTIONS AGAINST UNION FIRE COMPANY AND MANY OTHER QUESTIONABLE ACTS, AND STILL DO NOW.HOPEFULLY AND PRAYERFULLY THIS IS A START TO SHOW THAT NO ONE NO MATTER WHO THEY ARE IS ABOVE THE LAW.
