HAPPY THANKSGIVING GANG!!

JUST WANTED TO SHARE THIS BEAUTIFUL POST FROM A BROTHER IN CHRIST, THAT TOTALLY SUMS UP WHAT THIS DAY IS ABOUT. IT'S SOMETHING THAT I BELIEVE WE ALL NEED TO REMEMBER, AND LIVE OUT DAILY.
It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High: Psalm 92:1
Bet you didn't know the first Thanksgiving took place in June of 1676!!! The first Thanksgiving Proclamation-
“The Holy God having by a long and Continual Series of his Afflictive dispensations in and by the present War with the Heathen Natives of this land, written and brought to pass bitter things against his own Covenant people in this wilderness, yet so that we evidently discern that in the midst of his judgements he hath remembered mercy, having remembered his Footstool in the day of his sore displeasure against us for our sins, with many singular Intimations of his Fatherly Compassion, and regard; reserving many of our Towns from Desolation Threatened, and attempted by the Enemy, and giving us especially of late with many of our Confederates many signal Advantages against them, without such Disadvantage to ourselves as formerly we have been sensible of, if it be the Lord’s mercy that we are not consumed...
The Council has thought meet to appoint and set apart the 29th day of this instant June, as a day of Solemn Thanksgiving and praise to God for such his Goodness and Favour, many Particulars of which mercy might be Instanced, but we doubt not those who are sensible of God’s Afflictions, have been as diligent to espy him returning to us; and that the Lord may behold us as a People offering Praise and thereby glorifying Him; .”
HAVE A BLESSED AND BEAUTIFUL EVENING!!!

BOY, DOES THIS EVER SOUND FAMILIAR!!!

https://www.fox29.com/news/philadelphia-police-officer-arrested-charged-with-tampering-with-evidence

But of course, Lobo and his cronies will say this has NEVER happened, nor is it occurring now. I think he conveniently forgets the accusations made against a certain police sergeant, for obstruction of justice by doing this VERY thing!

Can we say #fullofSchiff anyone???

MORE FEAR MONGERING AND LIES AT THE POLLS!!

This just came to me from a friend who was at their polling place this morning to vote. When my friend told me of this, I had to share ASAP, so others will know that this is going on here in Bensalem, and what you can do on this.

Fought my way through the “Pamphlet People” until I was stopped by a man who asked me to keep my community safe by voting for his candidates
I asked him how his candidates are going to keep us safe?
He stared at me and replied; “by doing what they are doing”. I asked what they were doing to keep us safe.
He replied; “have a good day sir”
Really?!!!

Holy cow!!! Now before you say that this is the Dems doing this, let me give you a reality check. IT WAS A REPUBLICAN POLL WORKER!! even scarier, is that this also happened to my husband and I, and again it was a REPUBLICAN poll worker! I really was impressed by this person's response to this intrusion on their privacy, by asking some rather intelligent questions of the poll worker. I really loved how this person called the poll worker out for parroting His Majesty's talking points, and NOT taking the time to see if what His Majesty is saying, is the truth. Most of all, This person even confronted a certain councilman, with the SAME questions, and this person wasn't able to answer them in an HONEST fashion!! I also learned that at this person's polling place, there was election literature in the vicinity of the voting booths, which is a HUGE no no!!
In short, this intelligent person EXPOSED His Majesty and his puppet  council for what they are. Fear mongers, and outright LIARS!! All this took place in front of LOTS of people, and it REALLY got attention.

This is just a heads up to EVERY voter in Bensalem, to not allow these people, no matter what party they are, to do this to you. Also, don't buy into fear mongering that the Bensalem GOP is putting out, but research and think for yourself.

KEEP SPREADING THE LIES YOUR MAJESTY

This man NEVER seems to learn does he?? This was sent to me on Facebook, and I had to share. His Majesty is still sticking to the same LIES, and he's hoping that you're too enveloped in the Joey D kool-aid to ask questions and look for the truth yourself. Check this recent election letter he sent out, and see what I mean.

I guess His Majesty thinks, that if he keeps repeating the same LIE, that we'll believe it. He thinks that we're all too dumb to see through this, and that we'll believe EVERY word he says! I also really love how he pitches a fit over being sued, and being told that he did something WRONG and being held accountable for it. Save the  histrionics and the hissy fits Your Majesty, because we the people of this town are NOT falling for it!! Most of all, remember what I've been saying time and time again Your Majesty....

BE SURE YOUR SIN WILL FIND YOU OUT!!!

THEY'RE FINALLY SPEAKING THE TRUTH!!

I just saw this on Facebook, and had to share! Apparently, there are sane people in this town, who see the REAL truth about what the Bensalem GOP have been saying about both Angela Cacchio and Bryan Allen, and they're boldly coming out to speak the truth!! Check pout this statement from a citizen of this town and see the REAL truth for yourself!

I am deeply disappointed that the Bensalem Republican Committee decided to use the most recent contract negotiations between the Bensalem Township Education Association (BTEA) and the Bensalem Township School District as a political weapon against Bensalem teacher, Angela Cacchio, who is running for one of the Bensalem Township Council seats in the election coming up on November 5th. While I have no issue with differences in political ideologies, I do take issue with the twisting of facts for political purposes.
Angela was a member of the negotiations team that recently settled a 6 year deal with the Bensalem Twp SD. However, she did not negotiate this deal by herself, and was not the chief negotiator nor is she the president of the BTEA. A lot of work, by many individuals, went into settling this contract. During our negotiations, the District team included two Republican school board members and two Democratic school board members during the months leading up to the contract being settled. The contract was unanimously ratified by the school board, which consists of 5 Republicans and 4 Democrats. I point this out not to try and lay blame on a specific political party, but to make it clear that the negotiating and ratification of this contract was non-partisan and should absolutely not be used as a political weapon for an election about township council.
The 5 million dollar cost to the Bensalem taxpayers is spread out of a 6 year period and includes two years of a freeze and a complete restructuring of the pay schedule in order to provide cost of living raises for the teachers while trying to minimize the financial impact on the taxpayers. Teachers got no raises during the first two years of the contract, and most teachers saw a minimal raise during the third year.
The mailer stated that we bargained more expensive healthcare benefits. That is a lie. There were no increases to the health care benefits bargained in this negotiation, since several years ago the BTEA reached an agreement with the Bensalem Twp SD to join the Bucks/Montgomery Health Care Consortium for the express purpose of trying to lower health care premiums without lowering the quality of health care benefits. As a result, this has helped to minimize tax increases. Our contribution to our healthcare premiums remained the same.
Angela Cacchio, and her husband Lou, are both teachers in Bensalem Twp SD (and phenomenal teachers at that), so logically if teachers receive a raise, they are both going to receive a raise. Collective bargaining between education associations and school districts always includes a group of teachers at the bargaining table, so for the Bensalem Republican Committee to try and criticize Angela for being a part of this negotiating team is misleading. Furthermore, professions like police and teachers are mostly funded by local tax dollars. We are public employees, so we are paid out of money collected in the form of taxes.
In her role as a negotiations team member, Angela’s job was to help bargain a new contract; this typically includes salary increases. In her role as a teacher, Angela’s job is to effectively educate students. When Angela has a job to do, she does it to the best of her ability. If Angela is elected to township council, she will also do that job to the best of her ability.
Political attack ads against opponents are one of the many examples of things that are wrong with politics in our country right now. If political candidates need to attack their opponents with lies and misleading information rather than being able to stand on their own merits and accomplishments, then they shouldn’t be running for office.
I have always been impressed that Republican State Representative, Gene DiGirolamo, has refrained from sending out political attack ads during my time living in Bensalem. The Bensalem Repubican Committee would benefit from following Representative DiGirolamo’s lead and running honest and respectful campaigns. I have voted for Gene in State Representative elections in the past, and I will be voting for him for County Commissioner.
PSEA consistently recommends candidates from both the Democratic and Republican parties. The BTEA has recommended school board candidates from both parties during this election cycle. Our goal is always to recommend the candidates that we believe best support public education, teachers, and students. It is a shame that the Bensalem Republican Committee has chosen to attack one of its opponents and in turn attack the teachers and other educators of Bensalem.
I won’t vote for candidates that are part of this type of disgusting political behavior. If you can’t run a clean campaign, you won’t have my vote. I voted for Councilman Knowles and Councilman Kissleback in 2015. I will not be voting for either of them on November 5th after seeing their names associated with an attack ad on my friend and colleague, Angela Cacchio, as well as the teachers of Bensalem.
In addition, please consider voting for our PSEA/BTEA recommended school board candidates on November 5:
Heather Nicholas (R)
Scott Endicter (D)
Heather Ody-Snyder (D)
Rebecca Mirra (D)
Royce McKelvey (D)
Jaime Devery (D)

BINGO ANGELA!!

https://www.buckscountycouriertimes.com/news/20191031/budget-big-issue-in-bensalem-council-race?fbclid=IwAR2pEMfWyb_dOKlkklm3_F6g_d-rULQ0AIhNbwe8AQTIRXNhoZOM9SNbqdk

THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY ON TARGET, ANGELA! WHAT THE MAYOR AND HIS PUPPET COUNCIL ARE DOING IS NOT THE WAY TO BALANCE A BUDGET, AND YOU CAN'T FIX BULLET HOLES WITH BAND AIDS. AS FOR WHAT KNOWLES SAID...

đŸ—£Knowles said, ... “the council took money from savings to cover the revenue shortfall”
đŸ—£"Our budget is financially sound," he said.

PEOPLE, THERE IS NO WAY THAT A BUDGET IS 'FINANCIALLY SOUND', WHEN YOU HAVE TO USE THE RESERVE FUND TO MAKE IT SO!
WAKE UP AND #VOTETHERATSOUT!!
