Just got a message at my door, from a "little birdie" of an alleged special treatment event that took place recently. This is something so incredibly corrupt, it will shock you!! (I know it did me!) Am getting more details very soon, and will fill all of you in as I get them.

SOME AGENDA ITEMS FOR THE MARCH 4TH COUNCIL MEETING

This is a reprint from an old post, with a few things added to it, to make it updated for this year.

As usual, "His Majesty" and the Bensalem Township Council cancelled the February 25th council meeting due to a "lack of an agenda". Gee that sounds like a broken record doesn't it. We have decided to suggest the following items for discussion so as to prevent the cancellation of another council meeting.

1. Review the township budget and address the $9,500,000.00 projected 2012 deficit.

2. Review the continued underfunding of the snow removal line item to prevent future deficits within this line item.

3. Review the costs of operating the township golf course which continues to show a negative cash flow.

4. Review the amphitheater operating costs which continues to show a negative cash flow.

5. Develop a township road renewal program for ALL the township roads in Bensalem.

6. Review the continued expansion of the township police department despite approximately 25,000 years calls for service that has been consistent since the mid 1970's.

7. Review the fire marshal's office budget and address the increased costs verses reduced service.

8. Investigate the "bulk billing" that is being done for the fire marshal's office. This is an illegal practice and results in businesses not being inspected yearly as required by state law.

9. Establish a funding program for the daytime paid firefighters that does not drain funding from the six dedicated volunteer fire companies.

10. Obtain a copy of the SAFER grant application that the township submitted from the Director of Public Safety (who continues to refuse to give it to the township fire companies, and anyone else for that matter!!) and investigate the fraudulent information contained within the application. Yes, there is fraudulent info in it!

11. Review the tax increase provided to the Bensalem Rescue Squad to allow them to meet National Standards. After receiving the increase, they moved all three of their in service ambulances ABOVE Hulmeville Road. One of these ambulances continues as a part time service despite the tax increase.

12. Investigate the false accusations leveled against Union Fire Company by the Director of Public Safety. Completely investigate the blatant lies he told to get the fire company suspended on two occasions, in hopes of getting them shut down PERMANENTLY, which wound up backfiring on him, when council members FINALLY did their jobs, and stopped him.

13. While we're at it, how about investigating the false arrest of former Chief Dave Jerri Jr.'s son for Workmen's Compensation Insurance fraud. Investigate how how harassed and threatened both father and son, to get a guilty plea, which FAILED.

14. Investigate the racial statements made by the Director of Public Safety regarding the incident that took place in Linconia in 2011. ("I understand it is part of your culture to come outside and watch when police are arresting someone").

15. How about looking into the incidents of two paid fire fighters who committed ILLEGAL acts (Assault, and sexual harassment), and NOTHING was done about either incident.

16. Investigate the Mayor's moving of money between line items without referring the matter to council which approves the budget.

17. Let's investigate the attempt that the Public Safety Director made to the school board, to intervene on behalf of one of those arrested in the school district investigation, as to why he did this, and what, if anything was said at any school board meeting.

18. I also think it's a wise idea to investigate EVERY supervisor of former Detective Jennifer Cannon, concerning their failure to supervise and/or act on her improper handling of not only the Meyerele case, but over 20 other sexual assault cases!! Where were they when she was having issues handling them??

19. Create a 2013/2014 budget that is realistic and will not result in yet another multi-million dollar budget deficit.

While this writer asks a very legit question, it goes beyond what is occurring in the school district, but also within the township itself. How about getting answers as to why a Public Safety Director would go to the school board on behalf of one of those accused, at this person's request? Was it because this person was "calling in a favor" for supporting this same Public Safety Director's harassment and slander of Union Fire Co.?? This same Public Safety Director has helped paid firefighters get away with illegal acts, so it's not surprising that he would do this. Just wondering when someone is going to stand up for what is right, and say something!!

Let me ask something on this. What proof do you have that what is inside the woman is part of her body? How do you explain two separate heart beats, organs etc. within a woman? The simple truth, is what what is inside a woman, is NOT part of her body. It is not a glob of tissues, but a LIVING BREATHING HUMAN BEING. Wondering who the initial detective was on this case?? According to what I just learned, it was the SAME person who initially handled the Walter Meyerele case. This IS going to be huge, as there are LOTS of arrests expected!! If I were a concerned citizen of this town, who is sending my children to this school district, I would be there for this, and ask LOTS of questions!!!

EPISODE 20 OF "EVERYBODY HATES FREDDIE": EXPOSED FOR ALL TO SEE

Gee, when it snows, it pours!! LOL I have been hearing things from multiple little birdies on this very matter, but when I woke up this morning to find this info in my newspaper, I had to share with all of you. Apparently, Haman and "His Majesty's" attempts at stalling the school district investigation have FAILED, and now the old you know what, is hitting the fan. I also learned a few other things in regards to Haman's interference with Union Fire Company, and its disastrous results. This is something you ALL need to see.

We as members of the fire service in Bensalem have decided after confirming with township officials within the Fire Marshal's office to share the following information

As a result of Director of Public Safety Harran's constant harassment of the Union Fire Company, they were forced to sell their new fire boat taking an over $72,000.00 loss. Needless to say, the Cape May County fire company that received the new marine unit was grateful. They still can't believe their luck.

We have reviewed the Union Fire Company grant application, and despite the Director of Public Safety's public comments; it was not purchased as an anti-terror unit. It was purchased to provide fire and rescue protection on the Delaware River. The 'good' news is that the Union firefighters get to go out on the Delaware River in a 1965 and a 1981 (which constantly leaks air from its flotation cushions) without ANY protection from the elements. Well done Director! Jeopardizing the safety of the volunteers so you can throw your weight around, is a true showing of your character!!

Meanwhile, sitting on the thrown, is the King whose claim to fame is…"no one told me". Well, we are telling you NOW! You have cheated us out of funding, provided a "combination fire company" which was established AGAINST township ordinances, as a separate, paid only fire company, and have the township in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (CFR 29 553.100 through 553.106). Look it up, if you doubt it! The paid township firefighters that are also volunteers in the township are not permitted to work for a paid fire company, EVEN in Bensalem!!

We have recently heard that the Grand Jury investigating the school district has finished its work. We understand that more than 15 of the Mayor's political appointees to jobs within the school district are getting arrested! We can't wait to hear the press conference on this one, especially when the Director of Public Safety speaks! This is the same person who went to the school board on behalf of a township fire chief who stealing time from the school district, trying to get him off the hook! Where was the Director of Public Safety demanding his removal from the Chief's position? That's right, he is politically connected. His family makes large contributions to the party in charge.

The Mayor and the Council have failed to balance the budget without drawing funds from the reserve fund for the last three years! All the while, TAKING funds away from the volunteer fire companies, these same fire companies STILL provide coverage to the township 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without fail!! Tell me something, what happens when the reserve fund runs out? The first year it was 4.9 million from the reserve fund, last year it was 6.5 million, this year it was 9.5 million. Next year will be at least 12 million. Then what? This total doesn't even include the cost of snow removal from major snow storms!

A fire company that continually mismanages its time, by spending long hours sitting in fire stations, a member assaulting members of another fire company, damaging personal property, and another member accused of sending sexually explicit pictures of themselves to female members of the emergency services, failing to complete even half of the inspections, and they are not shut down? Why?? Oh yeah, that's right. They are paid!

This is the same group that was paid overtime during the last hurricane to do exactly the same job that the 6 volunteer fire companies were ordered to do for free.

Way to be fiscally responsible Director!

Well, the truth has finally come out on you, hasn't it Haman?? You lied and defamed so many good people, and ruined lives, that now that you've been exposed, you're scrambling for cover trying to make yourself look good, but it's NOT working, is it. People are now seeing you for who you truly are. A calloused, selfish, psychotic, little dictator, who very evidently cares NOTHING for the lives of firefighters (Union Fire Co.), is disrespectful towards, women, and much more!! I and many others would also like to know how using the Trust Fund benefits the residents of Bensalem, when you have failed miserably over the past three years to balance the budget properly and HONESTLY. (Please don't try to say otherwise, because its we all know your method of "balancing" it has been to take from the Reserve Fund, instead of actually balancing it!) Yes, I still look at the budget, and I also know of Haman's indiscretion of trying to claim $750K for a "Coast Guard Port Security Grant" that doesn't exist! Gee wonder what the coast guard, and the feds would think of that??
You also allow Haman to get away with doing illegal things, like harassing innocent individuals such as Dave Jerri and his son, as well as falsely accuse me of "harassing the township with right to know requests", when he and you know its my right to make such requests. With all the incompetency of Haman and those under him, I smell some major lawsuits coming the township's way, that will bankrupt this town.

Anyone with half a brain can see this is nothing more than a "feel good move being used as an attempt to re-elect Joey D. If you really read this article carefully, you will see that the bulk of these guns cam from areas OTHER than Bensalem, were also broken, and/or useless, and OLD. Nabal's boasting of this being a "good thing" is so way off base its pathetic. None of this will do anything to make this town safe, neither will this work for "His Majesty".
I highly applaud the 2nd Amendment Group who showed, and will show to the next one, for their sincere generosity, and willingness in buying these guns for more than what the township was offering. PATHETIC RE-ELECTION STUNT ALERT!!

I often wonder when I see a pic such as this, who Haman and Henry VIII think they are fooling. For years, they have been covering up instances of racial discrimination that they continue to deny even to this day, and they have the nerve to perpetuate this?? Do they really think that the residents of Bensalem are that stupid??  People do not fall for this!! Every year, they put on this “dog and pony show”, so they can impress the outside world, while hiding how they really feel about minorities. “His Majesty” claims that he can relate to the Latino population, but he never really truly does anything for them. It’s even been alleged that while he had his farm, that the workers were made to sleep on disgusting mattresses found in dumpsters, and much more. If he cares so much for them, why has he not even reached out to the community tin a genuine fashion??

Speaking of yet another community, how about the Hindu Indian community that lives within this town. They are a wonderful people, and yet he treats he (via his own people) has treated them with disdain as well. To start with, he along with the county commissioner Charles Martin, tried to remove the polling place out of Creekside, (Which is heavily populated by Hindus, and other nationalities), but it backfired. He then managed to convince some within the community to help “repair” his image, by running for positions within the town, on the same ticket as him, but when they try to make valid and helpful suggestions, they’re ignored. If you’re so good with this community, why did every district that is heavily populated by Hindus, vote against your party’s council candidates in 2011??

Last but certainly not least, how about the Linconia community in Trevose, who endured a racist cop back in 2011, and NOTHING was done about this!! The residents of one area also have to endure, a racist neighbor, who has made several FALSE accusations against them, but nothing is done about him either. I have been informed of many other incidents involving the BTPD and their questionable conduct towards the residents of this neighborhood, all on the basis of their skin color!! If that isn’t bad enough, how about the BTPD’s past discriminatory actions towards minority employees, especially cops. Of course, they’ve denied this, but the facts speak very loudly, and based on the multiple E.E.O.C. complaints, I have a feeling that there is a great deal more to come.

Instead of handling this properly, and doing something to make sure this never occurs again, they put on these “dog and pony shows” to appease these citizens, in hopes that they will successfully fool them and the rest of the community.  Their main goal you ask?? Get re-elected!!! Don’t be fooled by this, residents of Bensalem!! Open your eyes, and see the truth. Let’s start with having Haman and his cohorts investigated especially over their handling of Union Fire Company, as well as the questionable way the paid fire department was started. Then let’s finish this, by voting out His Majesty and his court.

"Heckler jumped at the chance to prosecute Barbara Reilly. Heckler jumped at the chance to prosecute Gary Browndorf. He attempted to find charges to prosecute George Fox. He has yet to investigate Sheriff Donnelly, even though there has been allegations of corruption. As a taxpayer, I would like to know why? I also wonder why at the recent Heckler fundraiser, Sheriff Donnelly was no where to be found. Can someone please explain?"

I love the fact that Mr. Loutrel is pointing out the obvious fact that even liberals such as Bill Maher, David Letterman, and many others are attacking conservative women, especially ones such as Sarah Palin. I have also heard on the news, liberals attacking Michelle Bachman, Anne Coulter, and many more, but not one liberal organization such as NOW, decry this foul and despicable act.
