It also looks like he's losing it!! FOX 29, don't be deceived. Union and Chief Troisi have done NOTHING wrong!! This isn't about a "dispute" between paid an volleys. Its about violating the law, and abuse of power. BOTH of which Fred Harran IS Guilty of!!

Absolute power corrupts absolutely…and now, for the facts. The Bensalem fire service has been asking for copies of the SAFER grant for years. Here is some of the background. Bensalem Township applied for the SAFER grant in 2008. In September 2009, Bensalem Township was awarded the SAFER grant to hire 4 firefighters. When the fire service repeatedly asked for the operating procedures for the new paid firefighters, Fred Harran and the Fire Marshal's Office ignored the requests for information. In 2010, the Chief and President of each fire company were called to a meeting with Fred Harran, the Fire Marshal's Office and Mayor DiGirolamo. When the representatives of the fire companies asked what the meeting was about, Fred Harran would not tell them. Prior to this meeting, several of the current Bensalem Township Council members gave their word that the new paid crew would not involve funds being taken from the volunteer fire companies. At the meeting, Fred Harran announced that the Township would be taking $24,500.00 from each fire company to help pay for the paid firefighters. When several of the fire companies voiced concerns about the $24,500.00 not being enough to pay for the new paid Fire Company when the grant expired, Fred Harran refused to provide a funding plan. Simple math shows when you multiply $24,500. By 6 you get; $147,000.00. The salaries alone for the 4 paid firefighters equals: $160,000.00 without benefits and a pay increase! Needless to say, we don't trust Fred Harran or the councilmen who gave us their word they would not take funds from the volunteer fire companies. Now Fred Harran is using the police department to harass members of a fire company that questioned the way the paid fire company is being funded! When the fire companies raised concerns about the location and construction of the training center, Fred Harran ignored the questions. Now, because of the failure to address the concerns, we have a $5,000,000.00 facility without a sprinkler system and without the ability of providing live class A fire training to our members! They laid off the Township Fire Marshal and now rely on the Newtown Township Fire Marshal to investigate fires in Bensalem. His vehicle was clearly visible at the fire in Hidden Valley where two Township firefighters were injured. If we would have laid off from the bottom instead of the top, we would still have a qualified fire investigator. We wonder if Newtown Township is aware that they are supplying a vehicle and investigator to Bensalem Township. Or is this another backdoor attempt to move this person into the Township Fire Marshal's office? Fred Harran has admitted to the township fire service on several occasions that he knows little to nothing about the fire service. We believe you Fred, there is no reason to keep proving it to us. Fred Harran with the help of several people within the Fire Marshal's office have eliminated the Township Fire Marshal, spent millions on a training center that does not meet our training needs and continues to damage the fire service in Bensalem Township. Very soon, we will be forwarding to you a breakdown of the SAFER grant that points out the false and misleading information that was included in the Bensalem SAFER grant application. The appropriate Federal Agencies will also be supplied with the correct information. MORE TO FOLLOW

I think what I find so interesting, is that Harran is "playing with fire", when it comes to this matter. The Bible clearly states that when it comes to sin, it "finds you out" in the end, and that's just what it is doing to Freddie boy. Apparently, Freddie boy is also starting to lose it, with the threatening and harassing of members within a fire department. His sin is being exposed, and he can't handle it, so he is doing this to try to protect himself. Trust me Harran, you're a lousy and dishonest investigator, public safety director, and human being, whom God will judge. One of these days, you'll get arrested and fired from your job, and when it happens, it won't be pretty. However, there will be LOTS of rejoicing.

Ed "Parking Lot" Kisselback

This is a re-post of an oldie but goody, that I intend to make sure to Further Expose.

Councilman Kisselback owns the old strip mall at Route 13 and Gravel Pike. His Kiss Photography business is located there along with several other businesses that are his tenants.

I still can't believe that no one has questioned the township parking lot behind Councilman Kisselback's business on Bristol pk. Why did we claim this parking lot for township property? Are there any other parking lot only properties owned by the township? Why just this one?

Reportedly, not a few of our local Republican office holders cheat on their wives, some quite openly. Private investigator and former LE3 Republican Committeewoman Liz Bourne has often referred to the Bensalem Republican Party as the "nuts and sluts club" even though she remains supportive and active in it. It has been alleged that years ago, Kisselback and his mistress/girlfriend had a disagreement, during which, his mistress tried to burn down Kisselback's store and strip mall. Wouldn't it be interesting to have been a volunteer fireman on that fire call?

Now aside from the adultery, wouldn't you like to know how he was able to get his parking lots declared "Township Property", just to get them re-paved??

While I am very glad that this poor woman is getting help, to me, this is another VALID reason to either shut PARX down, or make the Bensalem PD do their jobs!!! Too many lives are being ruined for the almighty $$$, and as usual the Republicans and the police in this town, Don't Care!!

Something To Really Think About

As many of you know, a former Philadelphia Police Inspector, was found guilty of lying to the FBI, and several other Officers within the past year have been brought up on corruption charges that Chief Ramsey has referred to as "Dishonoring the badge", and their badges (If not already) have been melted down, so they can't be used.
When I heard this, I started wondering why certain individuals like a former Bensalem Police Captain, and many others, didn't have the same thing done to them?? The former police captain dishonored his badge, by his racist remarks and illegal towing practices towards minorities, but he was allowed to retire with a full pension! Others officers in this department have done dishonored their badges, by doing despicable things including sexual assault, allowed to retire with their pensions as well, and NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT THEM!!

IT REALLY MAKES YOU WONDER WHAT GOES ON WITHIN OUR TOWN AS WELL AS OUR POLICE DEPARTMENT

In case you're wondering, we obtained a copy of the grant via the Freedom of Information Act, and discovered the following Issues in red:
A Utilizing a five-year federal grant totaling $433,520, the township decided to hire four full-time firefighter/fire inspectors in October.
The grant was filled out fraudulently.
B. If you look at the date on this Grant Application, you see it was done 06-26-2008. If this is a 5 year grant, why is it that THEY SAT ON THE GRANT FOR 3 YEARS!!
C. They also state on the application, that this is an ALL Volunteer Organization. THAT'S TOTALLY UNTRUE. The Volunteer fire departments have PAID fire Chiefs
D. They state that they will pay for the remaining costs that the grant won't cover through through "inspection fees and other reimbursed fees, and

In the first three years, there should be no impact (on local expenditures)."

If this is the case, why are they planning on taking (If they hadn't already.) $40,000 from EACH volunteer fire department??

E.They're claiming that the volunteers are not accepting of this.

"Some volunteers feel threatened, thinking that we're going to go to an all-paid department. Nothing could be further from the truth," he continued.

Harran added, "You're always going to have a group of people who don't want to change with the times. But this is something needed, and the township and mayor recognized it. He does not mess around when it comes to public safety."

The volunteers have been concerned about this, because of how its going to be funded, in particular how they are having to give $20,000 per fire house! They are also concerned over not having been given the SAFERS Grant voluntarily, but had to obtain it under the Freedom of Information Act, because Harran REFUSED to give it to them!!

I for one can't wait for when the Fire Fighters come up to Council, and make Fred Squirm!!
