ACCORDING TO ANOTHER ARTICLE THE DEFENSE TTORNEY POINTED OUT THE BTPD'S INCOMPENTENCY WITH THE FOLLOWING:
"Busico pointed out that police neither gathered physical evidence tying Drysdale to the crime nor recorded their conversation with Drysdale beyond what they wrote in their notes.
“Not one thread of physical evidence comes back to Mr. Drysdale,” argued Busico, noting th...at none of his client’s DNA nor threads of his clothes were found at the scene.
“Something would have been left behind,” he said.
Also, Busico argued that the woman would have sustained more bruises had she been assaulted in the way she claimed in court."
