OMHW!! LOBO DOES IT AGAIN!!

This line was about the best in the stupidest things you have EVER and Lobo, and I've seen a few!

"More signs, stop lights and surveillance cameras won’t stop those crashes, Harran said. “We need more driver education training. Maybe the state needs a system where, every so many years, you have to go back and re-take the test.”

MAYBE, you should take your own advice and get re-tested. Better yet, DON'T DRINK & DRIVE IN SOMETHING THAT MY TAX PAYER $$$ PAYS FOR!!

  1. Kevin, if he's right, I'm Wonder Woman! I live near this intersection, and it more than deserves the title it was given. This area needs better lighting, as well as better traffic signals, plus better bi-lingual signs. All Lobo wants to do, is blame the victim, which is his typical mentality, especially towards women!

  2. Well clearly you dont drive down that road. People are stupid and signs and lighting wont prevent stupidity. Driving a car is one of the easiest things a competent adult can do. Most of these "victims" are on their phones, day dreaming, doing their makeup or hair. And where did he mention women in this article? I'm speaking about this article only not some side rant

    1. I DO drive down that road, and I do so with my spouse. Yes people do stupid things, but that doesn't mea we re heartless to them. BTW... the main bulk of the victims are pedestrians. Remember the person that was killed there in 2015?? That victim was a woman, and I wasn't saying what I said about his attitudes towards women because of just this. Lobo has ALWAYS had a habit of being disrespectful to women, and he needs to be called out on it, among other things. This is NOT a rant, but FACT.

  3. This isn't a Bensalem issue. This is a street rd issue. Bensalem only accounts for 1/3 of these accidents. I'm sure if the Public Safety director of Lower Southampton was interviewed, he would say the same as bensalems director did. The article is about "crashes" as it states, not pedestrians being struck. This is considered a rant if you cant stay on the topic of the article

    1. Kevin;
      I beg to differ, but it IS a Bensalem issue. Lobo loves nothing more that to deflect responsibility from himself to others, which makes for a poor administrator. While 1/3 of the accidents occur in Bensalem, especially at this intersection (Street and Knights), not ALL of them are car crashes. Some if not more of them have involved pedestrians, which is just as valid a point as the car accidents.
      BTW... the PSD for Lower Southampton can't be reached for comment, because he's facing criminal charges!

    2. Again, this article clearly states CAR CRASHES. Its plain as day. You added the pedestrians when no one mentioned them. That wasnt the topic. Also Ted Krimmel is the Police chief for lower south. If I meant the indicted guy I would have said that. It seems like youre trying to make something out of nothing and this thread is now pointless because you cant stay on topic. Good day

    3. ROTFLOL!! Apparently you didn't read the article COMPLETELY Kevin, because IF you had you would've seen that car crashes are not the ONLY sources of making this intersection the infamous one it is. As a matter of FACT, The Patch stated in their article (Something the BCCT completely ignored.) this bit of info.: "Experts say this is due to volume, poor signage, dim lighting, aggressive drivers and other factors." Read the article in The Patch to see for yourself.
