I just learned recently, that John Gladu, has been allowed to RETIRE at the rank of LIEUTENANT, and he's NOT going to be charged with anything!! First they did this with Aninsman, then DiNardo, and now this man! I don’t know about any of you, but I smell another cover up, and I pray that the democrats on council get their behinds in gear, and say/do something about this!!
