1. This guy was a cop who specialized in sex crimes, so he knows the ropes of this. He can either alter, or make evidence "disappear". The latter part can be accomplished with a condom. The big mistake made here, was he left his saliva (DNA) ON HER BREASTS!!
2. He initially denied even touching her!! Then when the physical evidence came to light, he started changing his tune, but still denied raping her.
3. When he was told about the existence of the cameras, he basically told her, that he didn't care. As if he was anticipating it would either "disappear", or that he would be able to get around it.
