This is from a retired police officer in Baltimore, who reveals quite a few instances of illegal things certain members of the Baltimore PD did during his time as a LEO. Sickening is the best word so far, to describe this, but it also reminds me of the info I have been given concerning certain members of the BTPD who have done some pretty scummy things. I can bet that just like the BTPD, these things will NEVER be prosecuted!
